Pizza Hut

They use DoorDash for deliveries and that company is terrible! I only use them if I HAVE too. I ordered this evening, and when they arrived, Machel didn't even try to find my apartment and then I had to walk all the way to the front to get my order. When I went to get it, there were no seals on any of the food. Thats a big nope for me, especially with DoorDash eating people's food all the time. I called back to re-order, they refused to send my order back out with the proper seals. I won't be ordering from here ever again. Good luck

I had to review because their pizza was pitiful. While ordering I was asked if I wanted extra cheese. I replied no because I never order extra cheese. The person receiving my order seemed suprized in her tone. After receiving my order I understood why.

Fast and friendly service after ordering take out from the app. The new Flatzzz pizza wasn't as good as I had hoped, but I'll get something else next time.

Yet another pizza place that has sold their soul to DoorDash. Received the text that the dasher picked up my order, but she had two other stops before me. Fine, I’m sure even regular pizza delivery drivers make more than one delivery. The issue is, regular drivers keep the pizza in a hot bag so your pizza still arrives hot. This driver did not use a hot bag so by the time she did her two other orders our pizzas were nearly cold. Also, I wanted to be handed my order and through multiple confirmations of my order I DID NOT select contactless, however, she still arrived, placed our pizza on the ground and left. Did not ring our bell or knock, just left. If I had not gotten the next text that it was delivered I would not have known it was there. We’ve been ordering from this location for nearly 11 years and always had great service with their own drivers. May just have to stick with Dominos across the street.

Pizza Hut app not god when you’re order pizza regular they cook for you persnal pizza for 6.99. This is the problem with apps I have no problem with dominos app always order from dominos. No more pizza hut lost money

Get a great pizza just before the end of the day. Very friendly staff.

Service was horrible. Got hung up on twice while trying to pay for a pizza. So I guess they don't want the business. 👎

My most recent experience was the best I've ever had with Pizza Hut.

Fresh hot pizza and LIGHTNING fast delivery! Said 1 hour was here in 20 or 25 minutes! Nice delivery guy too. Thanks you so much. Pizza Hut we liked back home was shut down and none ever delivered to our home so it's nice to get delivery here in Vegas. AND the driver came up to the room door to deliver like I asked in the online (Pizza Hut website) order! 👌🏽

Oh wow The manager on Friday night from the Pizza Hut on windmill location in Las Vegas nv, was so rude and a liar he doesn’t know nothing about costumer service he was keep telling me I didn’t order the pizza the time i said it was ordered the time he said he was arguing with me when I have my confirmation ordered and the time I was saying, terrible manager he doesn’t say sorry he was keep telling me to wait for my order after I was waiting 2 hours and blaming DoorDash for Everything I told him I ordered the pizza from Pizza Hut not DoorDash so you are responsible I never gonna order from Pizza Hut anymore thanks to this incompetent manager, he think he’s always right, he’s so useless
