Fresh hot pizza and LIGHTNING fast delivery! Said 1 hour was here in 20 or 25 minutes! Nice delivery guy too. Thanks you so much. Pizza Hut we liked back home was shut down and none ever delivered to our home so it's nice to get delivery here in Vegas. AND the driver came up to the room door to deliver like I asked in the online (Pizza Hut website) order! 👌🏽

Oh wow The manager on Friday night from the Pizza Hut on windmill location in Las Vegas nv, was so rude and a liar he doesn’t know nothing about costumer service he was keep telling me I didn’t order the pizza the time i said it was ordered the time he said he was arguing with me when I have my confirmation ordered and the time I was saying, terrible manager he doesn’t say sorry he was keep telling me to wait for my order after I was waiting 2 hours and blaming DoorDash for Everything I told him I ordered the pizza from Pizza Hut not DoorDash so you are responsible I never gonna order from Pizza Hut anymore thanks to this incompetent manager, he think he’s always right, he’s so useless

Placed an order around 7:30.. didn't receive any updates throughout the night, pizza didn't get delivered until 9:06pm. Tried calling store for an update, kept transferring me to a different location well out of range. Should've read the reviews first. Awful service.

I ordered pizza online for delivery. I am currently unable to walk due to a massive injury came back which is why I chose delivery. After 2 hours of no pizza being delivered I called and spoke to someone there. He claimed I chose carry out which is not true. I had the order up on my screen and it showed delivery. I also had an option at checkout asking me if I wanted to include a tip which I selected no as I always give tip in cash. Anyhow he said he would have to charge additional for delivery ontop of my 50$ order which I already paid for delivery. I told him you know what please just cancel and refund. He said I am not canceling this order it’s already been made and I am not refunding a 50$ order. I said what do I don’t get my pizza or my money back I guess I need to contact my bank. He then said yep you’re going to have to then hung up on me. I called back a total of 3 times trying to get ahold of the manager and he claimed he was the manager. Wouldn’t give a name either. He would not listen, started yelling at me and talking over me the whole time. I eventually had a family member go drive down after the 3 phone calls I made and they said threw my order out and keeping my money. I have called my bank and notified my bank putting a dispute on the charge. This is THEFT. I won’t be ordering there again.

EDIT 11/11/24 called customer service if corporate and chatted with them. They assured me I would get a call back within 3 days still no word back. I have also called the store and asked who the owner is, I get hung up on, I’ve also called and ask to speak to manager and get put on permahold. I encourage anybody who has ordered from here or thinks about ordering from here to not order. You could have your money stolen next. Since the person will not give me his name. The only thing that I can possibly think of is that the person that I’m having the issue with is Rob. The same person everybody on here is complaining about. The store needs to be shut down or this person needs to be fired.

When we called to tell them there was a mistake with our order they kept putting us on hold and never came back until their system hung up on us. Then I called back and Zola put me on hold, right after telling me they don't put people on hold. There is no such thing as customer service at least at this location. Will never order from Pizza Hut again because of these idiots.

Shocked, first time being let down by PH. Delivered cool room temperature pizza, over an hour to get to us, digestive problems occurred thereafter. Worst experience for any delivery thus far. Not sure how busy they were, whatever, but they may have sent hot food, but it arrived like frozen and thawed to room temp, reheated by being kept in the trunk on the way here quality.

Rob is the worste service I've ever had. I asked to speak to the manager and he just walked away .... I ordered 2 pizzas and only received 1. I said I would get the other one but had people. Waiting . And was already waiting after their mistake ... He rudley said I had to wait and that I would not me a priority on their orders .

The staff was so rude 4/28 around 11 pm I called in an order the staff he sounded very irritated and as I ordered he continuously said anything else omg is that is then laughed……I get it end of the shift you may be tired but that’s not way to treat a repeat customer I live in the neighborhood by the way . I also canceled my order and continued to an other location on Silverado ranch where the service Is great .
