Called the night before to place an order, pay, and set a delivery time for first thing in the morning when they open to deliver pizzas to my son’s school. Delivery time was set to 1040AM.
Got a call at 1122AM from my sons school that there was still no pizza. Called Pizza Hut and asked what was going on, they set the delivery for 1040PM.
So kids didn’t get lunch, paid for pizzas for nothing, such a disappointment of an experience.
The middle of the pizza was as crispy as a chip! There was no sauce, the middle crist was too thin and the cheese was cooked for way too long which made it hard. Even the cheese bread sticks were burnt to the point cheese very hard/thin. 😕 Ordered stuffed crust but it was cooked for so long all of the cheese "baked off". our chicken didnt taste cooked all of the way with a hint of frost bite. Had to order pizza from another spot so my family could eat tonight. NO GO from us!
we ordered 2 family sized pastas, upgraded to cheese sticks, and ordered the brownie. I wanted to omit the chicken and add spinach, mushroom, and garlic but was told we cannot customize. It is Lent & for religious purposes we are not eating meat, thanks for NOT accomidating our wishes, also the cheese sticks barley had any cheese, it was dry. we asked for breadstick sauce and got the “omg so irritating” look. you guys suck!
