I have ordered takeout here twice, and both experiences were delightful, with my most recent visit being the most pleasant. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff’s customer service skills are superb. Linda, in particular, has an excellent attitude and demonstrates supreme customer service skills. Sunday 3-17-24. I came in for my daily lunch at 3pm today. The manager on duty was so rude and even threatened to kick me out of the establishment for just taking my time with my order. On top of that, they refused to give me their name. Terrible customer service, won't be coming back.

Bought a sandwich with online app and picked it up and went off to work not knowing they have given me the wrong order. And when I contacted them they pretty much said my order was made by the employee caught in video. They were three of us in the restaurant waiting and I said my name and didn’t think anything of it but when I open it at work it was wrong. I ordered a non toast grilled chicken and this what they gave me . Also basically calling me a liar.
