The food is great the delivery driver was absolutely fucking awful, beating on my door and ringing my doorbell more than 8 times in less than a minute. He was beating so loud I thought he was trying to break into my house. It's nothing less than fucking ridiculous, he should be terminated on the spot. It's insane that they have a worker like that coming to peoples houses.

I picked up a pizza I called in for, when I got home and tried it, it looked like it was made yesterday and only warmed up for appearance it tasted just like it looked awful, I will never go to pizza hut again.
Hi! I recently put in an order last night using my points I had accumulated over time to get a free two topping pizza along with a cinnamon mini. Sadly I had to cancel because my bf ended up getting pizza that day but BEFORE I canceled I wanted to ask if my points would be refunded! They don't by the way guys! Make sure to be sure you'll be getting the order or the points are wasted! If I knew they didn't I would not have cancelled and saved it for tomorrow. Money is tight for some of us!The person that picked up the phone started the call with the normal pizza hut call opening and started to take my order. I let them know that the call was to cancel an order under my name. IMMEDIATELY after they hung up, never giving me confirmation to my request OR a chance to ask any questions!I love pizza hut and never had a problem with a location but the one in 345 Silverado ranch Blvd has at least one rude employee. This is the second time I've had an issue at this location.One more thing I would like to add is I did call back just to make sure that the order was cancelled and to try again to ask about the points concerns I had. Someone else seemed to pick up this time with a very friendly attitude! I asked again about the order and she let me know that it's been cancelled and let me know that if I paid with a card that it would be refunded within a few days.This is more the standard someone would expect when speaking with a customer, I don't believe my request was too much or spoken in a rude way! I'm very sad overall.

The only complaint I have is that they took away the flavored crust pizza!!! But Pizza Hut is hands down the best pizza on earth! Pan crust all the way
