This Pizza Hut has the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced! I called to redeem my store credit after this store delivered my order to the wrong address. Because they were short on drivers they could not re-deliver the food. Fast forward several days later, I try to call the store to place an order because their app would not let me redeem my store credit. The store manager Sean picked up the phone and said that he had no control over when and who picks up the phone. I proceeded to explain that I was calling to ask how to operate their app to get my store credit. He proceeded to cut me off with a TERRIBLE attitude stating that he doesn’t know how to help me. Off of reaction, I responded with an attitude as well. He proceeded to hang up in my face! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MET WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES AT FAULT.

Worst Pizza Hut ever Placed an order for delivery and got a call before they closed saying they cancelled our order because they didn't want to bring my family. Every time we've tried ordering from here there's always issues with this store. Will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again. They just lost some more customers.

Ordered and never got it. You will get a text that your food is on the way in 5minutes ... 3 hours later, never came. I even went to the location limping on injured foot and told "not on the system" and you "ordered it at different location" even with the confirmation email etc.You can't get a refund so you have to call customer service the next day when they open. Which directs you to a site called pissedcustomer.email. continuously insult you on every step. Even get follow up emails to post for everyone to see. Never get a call from a customer service for any refunds or solutions.You're on your own ?.I will still probably take the risk one day cause I like stuffed crust

My boyfriend and I ordered here on Halloween night. This was the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut in my entire life! We placed our order at 6 o’clock and did not receive it until 8!! No one ever bothered to reach out to us and let us know that the wait time was going to be longer. After the driver finally arrived, there was a pizza missing. He then proceeded to call the store to let them know. After that, he said they would remake it and redeliver (but he couldn’t give us a time for the delivery) But after waiting for 2 hours, we decided to just go to the store ourselves and pick it up. This was our first time ordering from here, so when we discovered that the store was only 5 minutes down the road, it was even more frustrating. When we arrived at the store, we walked into a nightmare. The cashier was clearly very stressed/agitated/overwhelmed. We could see clear as day that the cook was literally throwing pizza pans directly onto the floor. Which is a huge health hazard, and if she is comfortable doing that in front of a room of customers, I can only imagine what they do in areas the customers cannot see. There was a lot of yelling and back and forth between the employees. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The cashier did give me a $15 credit, however we spent $40 on this order. Only to have to wait 2 hours and not receive our whole order. Plus the food we did receive wasn’t that good. Disappointing.

waited 4 1/2 hours for a large pepperoni, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. had to wait on hold for what seemed like forever to even talk to someone. this isn't the first time this has happened with this location either..

Ordered pizza at 2:30 on website. For 5 pm delivery. Called at 5:30 to check on order. Got some snot nose "manager" on the phone who said "we are busy" and "congratulations, see if you get your pizza now" great customer service. 6 pm still no pizza and out $110.00. THANK YOU PIZZA HUT!!!

Currently waiting on hold to check the status on an order I placed an hour ago. The guy who keeps answering is mumbling and then puts me on hold. I've had to call back in 3 times now to get any kind of update. Idk how it takes over an hour to make and deliver ONE large pizza.

We ordered online. 30 min later they texted our order was on the way. It never arrived. I called 3 times to see what happened. Once I was told it was still on the way. The second time I was told it was completed (no one came and we never got our order). The customer service rep from what sounded like India hung up on me. The third time no one answered the phone. After a 2 hour wait, we gave up on thinking it was coming. Now to cancel the charge and fight for our money back. NEVER again Pizza Hut. Avoid this place at all cost.

I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times and each time there’s a problem. You can’t order on their website, if they don’t have drivers instead of not having a delivery option it just tells you can’t add anything to the cart and if you try to call good luck they’ll put you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and then probably hang up on you then if you end up putting your order in for carry out for the location and it tells you it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. You’ll get there with it already paid for only for them to tell you it’s gonna be another 15 minutes. Not convenient not happening again.

The cardboard box the pizza come in is 3x thicker than the hand tossed crust pizza. They over baked it and didn't even put the topping we ordered on it. Very disappointing, I will not be ordering from this company again.
