Switched to this location because the one we always went to had a change in personnel and the quality of food had gone downhill. So far this one doesn't impress me when had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my order handed to me. ( it was sitting there when I walked in). Seems only one person to handle the front and get pizzas out. Personal pizza was supposed to be light cheese and wasn't. I guess Pizza Hut is going downhill as well. Poor experience for pricey pizza. We received the wrong crust despite the up charge, toppings were sparse, and the crust/cheese ratio was way off. Lots of bread with little toppings. Overall kind of blah.
