So I did have a situation with the delivery of my food and what the app was saying. The manager (Clayton) at the location 215/Hualapi was sooo understanding and very professional. That’s what I call excellent customer skills and leadership! He definitely turned a horrible experience into a magnificent experience 💜 Also, Terra was very professional and kind. Pizza Hut thank you for hiring excellent employees 💜
This location is great but I hate the new call center and how hard it is just to add my gate code into my order that I forgot when placing online order. I just want to talk to someone at the location!
Sometimes quick pizza is hit or miss, this was perfectly baked, not over done. Arrived quickly. Tasted great!This was at 3:30 pm so, not a busy time. If you can order before the later rush.
