Got the complete wrong order. Called store,they said they gave me a $25 credit. Called today to get my credit and was rudely told that it expired already and to just deal with it. Worst customer service?!? Asked to speak to main manager and had to argue with assistant manager to let me speak to him. His name was Jack.

First time I've ordered delivery from Pizza Hut in a while and I was very pleased. It was delivered before the estimated delivery time and the food was hot and still seemed very fresh.
Can't ever get someone to answer the phone when you have issues with orders. Breadsticks with cheese or without not always cooked right. It used to be better the pizza as well.

My crust pizza was so dry and nasty I never seen your piece of like that it was pretty messed up that they send me that pizza I wish I can get my money back I can take a picture of that pizza and send it to y'all

I get pizza on carry out all the time and it has always been ready when I get there. My only gripe is sometimes have to wait to pick up as the 1-2 people working are super busy.

This probably gets said a lot on here, but I've never had such terrible service from any pizza joint. I order three medium pizzas a little before 6:00pm and it said it will be here at 6:30pm. 30 minutes, didn't think anything of it. Around 6:25pm I check the status of the pizza and it said it was still being made. Just thought they were running behind, no big deal. Well, at 6:50pm I check the status and it still said being made. At this point I call the number to see the hold up and I click the "Check Status" button on the machine and it goes "Good news, your order was received and being made!" Then hangs up on me. Slightly irritated I call again and hit the "New order" option to get a live person. Some lady answers "Thank you for choosing Pizza Hut. How can I start your order?" Or something along those lines. I reply, "Hi, I am actually calling on the status......" and she instantly hangs up on me. I could not believe the disrespect I got. I finally get the message a little later that it was on its way. Normally, I do the "no contact, leave at door" for I don't care to interact with people, but I was livid. I waited outside until they pulled up. At this point, my sister was now trying to get a hold of them to talk to a manager. While being on hold this whole time, our driver pulls up. Officially, 30 minutes late at this point from estimated time of arrival. I politely ask for her managers name. She says Jacks and then I continue to tell her how dissatisfied I was in the service I got. I didn't yell or blame her in anyway, because I knew she was nothing but the driver doing her job. She apologized on behalf of her store and said she was going to let her boss know. Well some time later, after they try to out hold us, we finally got a hold of Jacks. We explained the disrespect and unprofessional service we got, and continued to make excuses. "We only have one driver." That doesn't explain the disrespect of hanging up on a customer mid sentence. "It's our call center who keeps having issues." Well the receipt and website says if we have any complaints or concerns, it's to call his store. After going back and forth with this guy, he said he would compensate us and credit my account. Well, getting close to a week now and no sign of any credit on my account. We are planning on escalating this to the higher ups, but I wanted to share my story and call attention to this poorly managed store.

The woman that delivered my pizza was so rude. I asked for contactless and for the pizza to be place outside my door because I have cámaras and she knocked on my door… and then was very rude… very disappointing that because of an employees behavior made the experience from ordering at this location horrible.
