This is the best pizza hut on north nellis. The help is always friendly and more order is usually always right. Tonight there was one mistake but the manager was very nice and apologetic and made it right. I will always come to this pizza hut thanks to the manager Jack. He has excellent customer service skills!! If you have a choice between the hut on Charleston or this one on nellis DEFINITELY GO TO THIS ONE ON NELLIS!!!
First time I've ordered delivery from Pizza Hut in a while and I was very pleased. It was delivered before the estimated delivery time and the food was hot and still seemed very fresh.
Can't ever get someone to answer the phone when you have issues with orders. Breadsticks with cheese or without not always cooked right. It used to be better the pizza as well.
