Horrible service rude workers and no refills. Won't be coming back.

Slow service, rice and beans were lukewarm, the macaroni and cheese nearly burnt my mouth and everything was overpriced. Not enjoyable.

First off ordering on a touch screen stunk! it wouldn't allow ordering of red beans and rice or beans on the side dishes. Secondly the spicy strips was awful. They were COLD and OLD and were too tough to eat. The ability to order just wings was restrictive to 9 or more pieces. The fries were cold and bland as heck and the mashed potatoes were cold and the gravy was BLAND! Nothing about todays experience was worth the $60 plus dollars I spent on it. The order was incomplete and I had to go back to the counter to get missing potatoes and gravy. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A POPEYES EVER

Ordered cold lemonade when received was hot, no single piece of ice, and the taste was too sweet look like they add 1 ton of sugar on it,

What's going on? Do you pay your employees their salaries or they work as a slaves

Less than enthusiastic employees. Slow service. Fried just dumped into bag. 5 minutes for fries.

They close like 30 min earlier than what their hours are! Make sure you get there before 9:30 if you want food

my wife and I got food poisoning. We were both exploding on the toilet right before we had to fly home. It was a sweaty messy toilet destroyed “I wish I was dead” experience for both of us, pray that we make it home without shitting our pants🙏

Waited 27 minutes for our order of 12 wings…

My wife waited in line for 10 minutes just to be passed over when someone else walked up, the lady at the counter acknowledged her then dismissed her when she started to order. The cashier literally asked the person that walked up for their order instead of my wife.
