They make you park and wait 10-20 mins at the lot after paying at the drive thru. After getting my food the worker tells me to stop thinking he gave me the wrong bag and takes it back. After all that, there was no spoon in the bag for the mashed potatoes which were terrible anyways.

30 minutes and counting for a chicken sandwich combo… what a joke. Don’t even know why I keep giving this location a chance. The employees just don’t care enough to give you good service. Don’t waste your time, go to the church’s across the street or a Popeyes in a better area, you’ll be better off.

They cook shrimp with everything not the only location 2 times i had a allergy reaction I am allergic to shellfish only order tenders this time, last time was fires in chicken.yesi did a complaint last time to

I went thru drive thru and was really disappointed. I requested leg and thigh dark meat. The man on the speaker said no problem. He then offered to do a 50/50 split regular and spicy for the 12 piece meal I ordered. However when I got home I had a combo of 3 wings, a breast and 2 thighs for each spicy and regular. I tried to call the store 5-6 times no one picked up and never went to a voicemail. I reached out on the website, but since I ordered in store they said sorry and couldn't do anything. They offefed me a $5 off coupon, but i declinced as I just wanted the food I had ordered. Someone from the store was supposed to reach out but its been a couple days now. For some reason they gave me 3 small coleslaw sides instead of a large but the Mac n cheese was large. The bread was dry and they forgot the butter.
