Rude employees.
Very unnecessary.

I have never had such a bad Popeyes experience before. The chicken was rubbery and not fresh, and the mac and cheese was terrible—it wasn't how it’s supposed to be and lacked any flavor! Don't order from here unless you want to get food poisoning from the chicken!

ordered a regular chicken sandwich. There was more mayo than chicken, picking it up big globs of mayo came out. everything else was good, i just wish there wasn’t enough mayonnaise to give someone a heart attack

Great service, quick, and best Popeyes fries I've ever had. Fit for a king

If you wanna eat trans fat go for it. It looks like they are using the same oil forever. Chicken and fries tasted too bad. You are paying 15+ dollars just to have an heart attack in the near future. It's amazing how US fast food companies have better quaility outside of the US.

Though the food was hot and fresh and tasted great. They did not have any actual chicken available. Just sandwiches and tenders..... How can a Popeyes not have deep fried chicken?? And, the employees were very rude.

Stood in line for 20 min then they put up the closed sign and said sorry everybody else in line were closed until the morning. There were 10 of us in line

The chicken was so dry that it hurt my tooth to bite into it and when I accidentally dropped one onto the table it bounced and made a plasticy sound. Also how is it that the chicken with sauces are drier than the dry rub ones?!?!?!??!??!?!?!! Service was good and food arrived fast but food was really mediocre and the Mac and cheese was js downright disastrous.

19 minute wait from ordering, only then to receive cold food. Avoid if you're expecting quicke service. I'm sure they're all working as hard as they can, but they need more staff, or a different set up, if they can't deal with three combo sandwich meals.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich large combo (2 sandwiches) and 2 biscuits at Popeyes at Excalibur, las vegas last night. However, the staff member at the counter did not give me the biscuits or the dipping sauces that are supposed to come with the meal.
When I returned to the store the next day to explain the issue, the lady at the counter did not respond properly and was not helpful. This was a disappointing experience, both in terms of missing items and customer service.

What a pleasure dealing with Elaiza. She was so helpful and friendly especially for a foreigner not knowing what he wants. Thank you for the great service! My bacon cheese chicken sandwich was delicious too!
