Caroline is Amazing! I work in customer service and I love to see great customer service which is rare anymore. Caroline was patient, polite, helpful, and friendly. She took my order which was large and even tried to help me find some deals. She was willing to let me get all dark meat for my chicken which she had her team cook fresh (I will always wait for fresh fried chicken it’s the best)! She made my experience so amazing that I will be back because of her!

Here I am once again at a new Popeyes location. I had to come back because when I heard they had the shrimp box again I wasn't going to miss out. Now I tried this new location on Decatur and sunset. Very good establishment. Looks fairly new and looks well run. It wasn't too busy just a couple people / orders and my order was for pickup a little later so I didn't mind waiting one bit. I did notice that they needed help ordering in the front counter and the manager to my surprise came from the back to take the order. That shows leadership and such a good example for the other employees. Props to her! By the time it was 11:15 my order was ready for pickup and that was great! Food is fantastic as usual I love that chicken from Popeyes! Thank you so much. My only complaint is the shrimp didn't give me much flavor of a shrimp It tasted more like the breading or the outside crust but that's okay some shrimp are a good size.

These guys couldn't get an online order correct to save their lives. I've ordered many times here over the past few years and never, not once, have i picked up a correct app-designated order.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK before you leave! 9/10 times, it'll be wrong.

I normally dont leave reviews. But I always go to the popeys on Sunset and Decatur, and dont always get the best service, but today the server Helen, provided amazing customer service and made sure my order was perfect with a smile. Great job!
