The breaded shrimp were disgusting
Two times in a month I have tried to get chicken at this store. And both times I have had a problem. First time the order was wrong and had to wait awhile to get my order. Last night I came for chicken sandwiches and was told they were out and would have to wait awhile because they were short handed. And had no Coleslaw. Bad experience both times because short of help. Probably will not return. If you cannot get help for what ever reason close. It would be better to close and cook some product so you can serve costumers. I owned a restaurant and I could tell oil was not up to par to cook the chicken. You can't run that place right with three people end of story.

I had to redo my rating. Normally, the food is amazing. I love their tenders. For the first time I ordered wings for the whole family. The chicken was crispy, but they were ALL undercooked. Didn't seem to matter if they were bone-in or boneless. It was sad. And the fries were cold and only half were seasoned. I was genuinely surprised, which I shouldn't have been. As short of a time as I was there, I should have known the food hadn't been cooked long enough. I ended up putting everything in the oven at home because I was afraid of getting sick from raw chicken. I never want to see blood in my food. As much as I spent, I should have just returned it (they also got the order wrong, but that wasn't as pressing as the contaminated factor in play). Very disappointed.

Order was accurate and complete
Would come during the day, because service SUCKS!!! During the night. Kids, ( I mean Kids ) they don't care about customer service and how to interact with Customers anymore. Especially at this store, that's why I come during the day.

Waited in the drive thru line for the person ahead of me to place their order. Then when it was my turn, I was asked to wait for about 7 minutes before I could place my order. I was trying to order chicken & fries and was told it would be about another 15 minutes for the fries. WHAT!!!! Needless to say that I only took the chicken. I probably won't return here again as this is not the first time their service was atrocious!
I received my order 30minutes after, then they did not give any napkin and condiment nor offers any of it.
I love my chicken from Popeyes fresh chicken salad and rice.
This is my local Popeyes and normally they are disorganized and known to forget things in orders (speaking from personal experience) but I don’t know if there is a new manager and new staff but my experience today was amazing. I ordered a lot and they fulfilled the order fully, was very nice and even asked to help me outside. 5 Stars! Keep up the good work!

Most of the time the Food is good. But this last time the crispy was soggy and tasted like flour.
Thank you for your response. As I said, this was a one-time experience. The 100 other times I was there, it was perfect.
I'll still be back; everyone has a bad moment.

On May 17th at approximately 5:45 PM, I went through the drive-thru and placed my order. After paying and receiving my drinks, I was asked to pull around and park because there would be about a 12-minute wait.
Around 6:15 PM, an employee came outside and asked me to come inside because they were short-staffed and it would make communication easier. I explained that I suffer from severe social anxiety and was much more comfortable waiting in my vehicle. I assured them I didn't mind waiting.
By 6:30 PM, after watching numerous customers come and go, I finally went inside to check on my order. I remained polite and professional and simply asked about the delay. I was told I could either continue waiting or receive a refund. Since I had a hungry husband and child at home, along with evening responsibilities, I chose to wait because I believed it would still be faster than starting over somewhere else.
While waiting, I watched a team member assemble my order after another employee asked about it. He appeared confused and uncertain while packing the bag, repeatedly checking the screen as if he wasn't sure the order was correct.
I finally received my food at approximately 6:45 PM, one full hour after placing my order.
I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, communication was difficult due to a language barrier, and it appeared that the young crew members were being left to handle customer complaints and frustration that should have been addressed by management. I became so upset and overwhelmed that I ultimately left.
On my drive home, I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager again. Instead, another young crew member took the call and informed me that I could return to the restaurant for a refund.
To make matters worse, after arriving home, I slipped on our concrete steps, scraped my knee, and spilled all of the drinks while carrying everything inside. When we finally opened the bag, the order was completely wrong. Somehow, we ended up with what felt like 20 biscuits and multiple missing items.
At that point, after such a frustrating and exhausting experience, I decided not to spend any more of my evening driving back to the restaurant for a refund.
I am sharing this review not to criticize the hardworking young employees, but in the hope that management receives additional training and support. The staff deserve proper leadership and guidance, and customers deserve accurate orders, reasonable wait times, and professional service.
This was, unfortunately, one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had.

I ordered the food on the app at home to avoid waiting so long. When I got there they said I had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken. I waiting almost 1 hour for my food. Apart from waiting forever, Absolutely everything I ordered was cold and disgusting including the chicken I had to wait for ever for!! Plus they messed up on the order.

Don’t go here late night. Such a long huge wait for such a simple order. 10+ minutes for three items, no chicken, no extra crispy no nothing that should take longer than a few minutes at most. There’s like 5 other cars all waiting around this parking lot because this drive thru is clearly just for placing orders, not for receiving food. They’ll bring your food out when it’s ready… hope you like waiting 15 minutes for overpriced crap. That’s why I go through the drive thru, for quick food. If I hadn’t already paid I’d get my money back.
I went there Mother's Day because that what all the moms I was entertaining wanted. They were short staffed which was not right of management but let me tell you. The staff there on Craig near the 95 freeway threw down. They were friendly, attentive, our order was large and correct! The food was delicious as usual. Salute to the three that worked there that day.

Bad even by fast food standards. I picked up my order 10 mins after placing, got to the window girl barely said anything to me and handed me a bag taped up to oblivion. I asked if she got my utensils and correct sauces, she just said yes and closed the window on me. Trusted it and went home, complete wrong condiments, no utensils. Opened all the food and everything was ice cold, chicken was all hard and obviously past its hold time. Mac and cheese and red beans and rice were both undercooked. I disputed the missing items in the app and got partially refunded, but I’m honestly mad I spent money on this at all. Stay away from this location, but unfortunately the one on Durango is just as bad.
