I love Popeye's Chicken their biscuits are so good chicken is always perfect and atmosphere is always great really friendly and if they mess up your order they make it right

I've never actually left a negative review for anything but I've never seen such rude staff before, I give alot of wiggle room before I consider people unprofessional because I understand what dealing with people all day at a busy place is like, but the staff here to everyone right off the bat was on another level. Could hear it through the speaker for everyone. And on top of that, the order ( which is not cheap here) was also incorrect.

Usually Popeye's is very good with online orders. This time was an abject failure. Order not ready, order wrong, and an employee lying to me. Forty minutes and a wrong order, no apology, no follow-up.

Worst Popeyes this side of Las Vegas. Incompetent staff inconsistent food bad attitudes. It's the only one on this side of the freeway so you're really at their Mercy so just try the new Polo comparos.

The manager looks like a 12 year old girl. 😳 No one even acknowledged my presence. The cashier looked like he was NEVER trained on the register. Then, the two girls making the food were goofing off the entire time. Just to finally see another girl in the corner, who should've been handling the drive-thru orders but wasn't. Luckily, I was just picking up for Uber eats. I would NEVER eat at this location.

Ordered through the drive thru the 3 for 5 piece chicken only. I asked the manager what pieces came in the order? "The pieces up there". I couldn't see the picture of the window. But thought to myself how rude of her. The was soggy and it wasn't the pieces on the picture. Took the order back and requested the pieces on the picture. The chicken was old and found a piece of hair. I usually don't have these issues at this location. It must be the manager on 2/24/25 @ 3:31 pm. Please work on your customer service ma'am!

I just had great experience in your drive thru! It's February 22nd about 3:10 pm. Young girl with glasses, pretty sassy! Please give her a raise. I ordered a sandwich. She said there will be await. I said ok. Then I said how long, she said 10 mins 🙄 😅. I said I wish you said that before you charged my card. I said can we indo the 3 for $5? No hesitation she says you want a side!? Bam. Hook up, great customer service!. I open the box and a free biscuit. In su h a terrible terrible time in our country and such terrible experiences at stores and especially Starbucks. Sadly. This young lady really made me feel good. Well done and please please throw some money her way. She had Big Time written all over her! Craig and Tenaya just above the 95 freeway location.

A good place to share with family or friends...

Had to wait for 25 minutes for my order .. to think that twas not busy were 3people ordering.. and when reach home my order was wrong instead of boneless wings. They gave me BONE in.. this was the third time
Other wise food is so yummy served hot.. my Family Loves anyways ..

I went there today with a coupon for 5 pieces of chicken, including 2 sides and 2 biscuits. I asked if I could get all thighs. She said no. So we said okay. We also paid an extra 50 cents to get the Mac and cheese side.We waited for about 15 minutes because there were many people ahead of us and they were slow in serving them. When we got home, we opened our chicken box. Not only did we not get a single thigh but we got one breast and four wings! Well, the coupon did not say what pieces of chicken we were going to get. But I think this store took full advantage of us. I doubt if we will ever return to this store. I suggest others be wary if they use their company’s coupons.
