Tyler need an attitude adjustment. Who worked at 6pm 11/21/25 if you don’t want to work to standard, don’t. Put the fries in the bag that’s it. I didn’t need sassy. I love Popeyes but The food here was reflective of his corny attitude.

This is the worst popeyes I have ever been too. Every single time I come they never have chicken ready. That's all you do is chicken why is not cooked. I hate having to wait 20+ minutes for them to cook chicken fresh to order. I will go to other popeyes locations farther away to avoid this mess.

One of the shift leads is the rudest person i ever seen in my life told me to wait 10 minutes i waited 20 minutes then once the food was finally ready acted like i was the inconvenience she need to be fired or disciplined not what you want leading an establishment and despite all that i still said thank you have a good night she gave me a dirty look and said nothing back the lady was late 40s caucasian.

I have a genuine question, did the management here tell its employees to serve food slowly?
This is the second time I’ve picked up from here.
This location has no sense of urgency and they seem very unorganized. They move very slow and watching is very painful to see. I had to pick up an order from here. It was already packaged but the lady didn’t know.
So I waited longer than I should have and they proved to lack communication among their team.
If I were in the mood for Popeyes, I wouldn’t go to this location.

Corporate keeps coming out with new gimmicks and I keep falling for it! I've had issues with multiple Popeyes but this one is the worst. Ive been double charged entire orders, orders have been wrong, items have been missing. Ive been asked to pull around to the front countless times (they have no parking and its usually taken up by the 711 customers), orders have been given away and they argue that they gave it to someone, who? Not me? I say I'm never coming back but then corporate comes out with a new flavor or collab and dammit, they get me again..... when will I learn?

The worst service I have ever gotten at a popeyes. Ordered drive thru told me to wait 3 minutes to the side, 15 minutes passed they clearly forgot I was there and when I asked what’s taking so long she said food just became ready. Terrible

I was hesitant at first I’m glad I didn’t get any sides because reading all these other reviews that that’s terrible but I ordered a 12 piece chicken mix and two large fries And let me tell y’all the chicken did not disappoint me. It was good a little too good Compared to the location on Durango, so I’m happy With my experience At this location for the first time

My brother and I stopped by while on a trip and I wanted to leave a good review because of how nice and friendly the staff were. The food was obviously great seeing as it’s Popeyes, and I loved the way the place was set up, but specifically the service was top notch, especially considering it was fast food.

Terrible experience took had a line of like 3 cars waiting on food in drive thru and and unprofessional over the speaker, waited 20+ minutes for a 5pc combo
