This location is the store I visit the most since I live near. The food has always been fresh and taste good as well, unfortunately the customer service from Misty in particular is pretty terrible always has an ugly attitude towards customers when asking questions or for help. She has done this on multiple occasions to myself my wife and other customers. Clean store good product bad customer service.

Went to the location in Vegas at 8552 W. Lake Mead for the first time today. The cleanliness in the store was impeccable!!! The sandwiches were great and even the floors were clean. Wish all the stores in town were this clean and food area perfectly managed. Awesome job!

I went to use the card that I had obtained $40 on and they refused to use it so I had to come out of pocket and pay I don't have no QVC or whatever thing that scans anything I don't have room on my phone so they just stole for me

Today I went to Port of subs for the first time. The service was very good and the sub was quite possibly the best sub I've ever tasted. I was impressed that they cut the meat in front of you and their signature mayonnaise was so so flavorful and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean.Tania and another lady ( I can't remember her name) were very nice and friendly. I had the number 8 on the menu and I can't wait to go back there again. I can say I'll never go to Subway again. This IS my new sub joint.
I come in here all the time and it doesn’t matter if it’s lunch time or late dinner time everyone is always so kind and the restaurant is clean. Lewis (I hope I spelled that right) is the one who helps me 8/10 times and he’s always on the ball.
