I was a bit disappointed that Giada would approve and associate her name with these food choices. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and the service worker pulled it from a refrigerator, took the wrapping off, and put it a toaster over. How disappointing for a $25 sandwich! Additionally, it was a small sandwich. The employees were very sweet and made small talk which was the best part of the experience. I don’t think I would return due to the low value and quality.

Awful service and a complete rip-off. We weren’t given a receipt, one of our items was left off the order, and I still got charged $89.90 for two grilled cheese sandwiches. I didn’t even get the focaccia bread I paid for. The food wasn’t good either. Totally disappointing and absolutely not worth it.

We enjoyed our breakfast here during our trip! Our daughter tried Giada's Oatmeal and some lemon potatoes. Tory and I shared a delicious fritatta. Our food was served promptly, and the ladies behind the counter were wonderful. We appreciated that we were able to charge our breakfast to our room at Caesars Palace.

Very average lunch place. Everything is pre-made, and extremely expensive. A small panini with basil and tomato costs $18!! My brother ordered a piece of flatbread which was good except for the fact that it had one tiny piece of mozzarella on top. Not the best atmosphere either.

Can i get a slice of Turkey and Bacon with that wrap?
Ordered a Turkey, bacon, and arugula wrap. The wrap was basically an arugula salad. If I wanted a salad, I would have ordered a salad. This was removed, and I still had arugula in my wrap

They had an excellent pizza and lemon cake. I took a bite and like in Ratatouille had a flashback to the Italy Pavilion in Epcot

TERRIBLE! isn't a panini supposed to be grilled on a panini press? Paid 20 bucks for a cold, tasteless Italian panini. Also had the turkey wrap for the same price. Not good. Wasted $50.Won't eat here ever again!

Tasty breakfast with a great service,while staying at cessars we went wanted a quick breakfast to go and it was always fresh and tasty the staff are very friendly
I had big expectations with the Giada name, but the food was a huge letdown. The service and atmosphere were great, but the chicken parm panini was overpriced, flavorless and dry. I hate to say it, but subway tastes better. Save yourself the money and go to the Caesars food court. They have much better options.

Pricing is a thing it was 10 dollars for a 16 oz coffee but it was really good coffee and better than Starbucks. Quick and efficient nice people. Good experience

Cesar’s palace is overrated with terrible service. We arrived after making reservations for a king suite, they changed the room reservation to two weeks without checking with us and we were told that’s the only room available.
We placed and order for coffee with cream and sugar, ended up with black coffee, got a 45 min run around when the coffee was reordered, never did get the coffee and got an attitude for asking for refund.
This place does not care. That is the issue. They probably have their dedicated customer pool that sign up for rewards and such to play in the casino. The way they conduct business is extremely poor.
Will not return to Cesar’s palace or order gold at this horrific Pronto by Giada again.
