Worst ever!!! Food was so bad and way overpriced!!! $22 for a breakfast wrap that’s cold and as if it’s been in the fridge for a week. It’s inedible that we had to return it. We ordered hard boiled eggs for $8 for 2 and they screwed it up. The shell of one of them was broken when we got it. Hard boiled eggs! How can you screw it up?!!! Small coffee is $7!!! $7?!!! We spent over $82 for a breakfast wrap, yogurt parfait, hard boiled eggs, a coffee, and 2 bottled water. Peter Luger next door has a power lunch special for $50 that gives you appetizer, main course and dessert. Such great value! Why did we even go to this Pronto place?!!! Giada should be ashamed of herself for having such bad eatery that’s ripping people off.

Understanding that is in 5-star hotel, Caesar Palace. But it’s too overpriced compared to food offered.

4 stars specifically for their side of pesto pasta that comes with salami + mozzarella skewers. Flavor leaned a bit heavy on briney side but softest mozz and al dente bite

With the whole Vegas factor in mind… $15 post-tax for quick snack/light lunch wasn’t bad. Also great that i can just keep in room fridge

20 dollars for a cold wrap! Tasted like it had been in the fridge for a week. They refused to even heat them. What a rip off this place is and shouldn't be in a fancy hotel like the Caesar's. I bet the management wouldn't eat here. Truly disappointed!

Update: the number they told me to call was just a general number for caesars palace and no one took any responsibility whatsoever!! How ridiculous!!!

I understand some of the things that the negative reviewers have said. But as someone with celiac’s disease, you have no idea how hard it is to be in a city where you can’t find anything you can eat. The fact that this place has a gluten-free menu that is always Available makes me so happy. Yes it’s a little crowded and possibly overpriced but the coffee is yummy and the muffins are great and it is my go to place when I’m looking for a quick breakfast in town.

Can’t praise this place enough! We love all of Giada’s food and this is the perfect mix of quality and efficiency for a walk up brunch. We took our food next door to her wine bar and Salvador the bartender was amazing. Absolutely a gem! Can’t wait to come back again.

The coffee is the furthest thing from good. Zero effort to actually make an even decent coffee which is absurd considering it’s $9. Cappuccino where?

We sat at Giada’s Pronto Wine Bar and we were treated like royalty by our bartender Freddy!!! What a great guy he is!! He made us delicious cocktails and made us feel like home. Kudos to Giada for hiring people like Freddy! Thank you Freddy, we will be back for sure just to hang out with you!!

I always drink cappuccino, but the cappuccino at this café tastes just awful — like spoiled milk mixed with cheap coffee.

9$ for a bottle of water, are you kidding?

People eat here because it is close to the convention area. That is the only reason. I think if you stick to the baked goods, you might be OK. We ordered the turkey bacon wrap and the salami panini. $60 that we threw away. The wrap was soggy and under cooked bacon, the salami panini was so salty you couldnt choke it down. Over priced and not worth it.

Food was mediocre. We ordered a roast beef panini, Tuscan salad, tiramisu, and gelato. And besides being bland, the vanilla bean and the Nutella gelato had ice crystals. Nothing was worth coming back for. Total paid was $64.
