Yesterday evening, I went to PT's gold on Blue Diamond and Buffalo and encountered the most rude and hostile waitress i have ever seen. I came into the pub to enjoy a quit beer and happen to win about $76 on the bar slot machine. I left a tip for the beer and ask to get the winnings paid out. This woman went hostile saying a cannot just spend $5 and take my ticket to different machines. I had put 25 of my own money into the machine. She threatened me that she would not allow this another time. I will never return to this place because I don't want to be treated like this again. Maybe this women needs some training on customer service to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Shame on her.

Upon arrival no response to the door bell and I been sitting outside for 20 minutes and I had my brother from out of town. Thank you you pt x or not following the hr schedule.

We've been coming to this P t's right here. And Buffalo for years, and it's been the last few years. If you're not a gamer, they could care less. We tip good, we came in. We waited 20 minutes, no drinks. Then, when they saw some of their gamers coming in, they got their drinks. First and still made his way. We know Pete, we know Thelma, and we thought because we live in mountains. Edge apartments that they cared, but they don't. We went to the lodge just a little bit farther down. Blue diamond passed for depache, and it was an experience that I have to tell you was a new world of customer service. Pts is dead, go to the lodge unless you're willing to put about a thousand dollars 25 hundred dollars in their machine, they could care less about you.There.Pts is done, go to the lodge.They don't care if you gamble at all.They just want to know your name like the cheers bar

The kindness and service I received here is top tier, you usually don’t get the feeling of being welcomed in local taverns. I’m not sure if was swing shift or graveyard but Jen was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and noticed. From food, drinks, and my players card she was was awesome… old school Vegas vibes… PTs are on every corner but I will be sure to pass the ones closest to me due to her service. Their rewards system is also amazing… you know it’s real when you take the time to leave a good review, most only complain but I left feeling as an executive. Shout out to Jen! Did I mention the music is on point?

I’ve had the food here before and it was wonderful this time. It was really horrible cold not well cooked. Humongous piece of wingsCouldn’t even eat it. It’s going in the trash. The pretzels were not cooked cold inside just horrible
When eating there the food is great but if you do a mobile order to get a quick bite prepare to be disappointed

Pretty good little sports bar. Besides the obnoxious smell of cigarette smoke, which is more of a personal preference, the atmosphere was pretty lively.
I had the BLT with some fries. The Sandwhich was made really well, and tasted great! Fries were a little overdone, but the takeaway is the main course.
It's your typical sports bar, similar to buffalo wild wings but with more character. Great place to go to hang out, meet new people, or grab a quick bite to eat.
