For over two decades, this establishment has been my go-to spot. I've always considered it a Gold tier bar, a cut above the rest, and I'm not alone—many other longtime patrons share this sentiment. The food is consistently delicious and is a major reason I keep coming back. However, I've noticed a significant decline in the service lately. The recent experiences have been so disappointing that I feel compelled to share them in the hopes that management will take notice. The bartender on duty seemed uninterested in new customers, focusing their attention almost exclusively on regulars. This made the atmosphere feel less welcoming than it used to. On my most recent visit, I requested a duplicate Tru rewards loyalty card, but the bartender refused, citing being too busy. Later, they misrepresented the situation, claiming they had given me a card when they had not.

Literally Nic and Dakota are the best!!! Had impeccable service and never felt so safe. Made sure my girls and I drank and ate and felt safe which is so important to us. They had great recommendations and even got us some free play by signing up for the loyalty app. Seriously this is the place to be and stop by for them because 10/10!

Vanessa is great. Whoever came after at 12am is horrid. I have spent over 500 plus in one night and he stopped me at the door to pay for a hot dog. He wants his tip. Period. No matter I paid 200 in tips before he showed up. A total weirdo

Andrew & Dakota is seriously the only reason this bar is the way it is the customer service is the BEST IN VEGAS coming from a local who grew here they are AMAZING!!!! ive been a regular for over a year now & theyve always treated me like family!! thank yall for everything 💕💕

Atmosphere it's great, service is not good but decent. But oh my God they have the worst pizza you can possibly think. Even if youre drunk, it's inedible. Pts pizzas in other locations are actually good, except for this location unfortunately

I will never come here again we totally got ignored after I informed staff we needed help I will need the customer service number asap who ever was working on 6/25 at 11:30pm gave me the worst experience ever I wanted to have fun but they forced me to leave and totally disregarded my request for service ….. tried to give somebody else my money when I cashed out on the slot like why make it make sense
Fun time with friends and the service was good, I think we had more show up at our gathering, than what they were expecting.

So. I have been here a couple of times. But I definitely have to leave a review for this bartender. Dejá is the bartender. (If I’m spelling her name right lol) I have seen her before. And she works hard every time. When it is busy with locals. She handles the bar with ease. Making drinks, pouring tap beers fast. She even went all the way to the back to get some more Heineken 00. She is one of the best bartenders here at PTs.

Jeremy was rude . Waited 30 minutes for our drinks . We had to yell to another bartender for water as they kept walking around . Completely ignoring my friend and I . Food was “warm” when it came out .. than Jeremy decides to drop off our drinks . He never came back to check on us until it was time to pay . Never asked if we needed a re fill . Or just plain come over to see if we was ok . Didn’t acknowledge us until it was time to pay . Thought and was rude and racist . Especially my job is hospitality.. I know how to treat guest
