Atmosphere it's great, service is not good but decent. But oh my God they have the worst pizza you can possibly think. Even if youre drunk, it's inedible. Pts pizzas in other locations are actually good, except for this location unfortunately

I will never come here again we totally got ignored after I informed staff we needed help I will need the customer service number asap who ever was working on 6/25 at 11:30pm gave me the worst experience ever I wanted to have fun but they forced me to leave and totally disregarded my request for service ….. tried to give somebody else my money when I cashed out on the slot like why make it make sense

So. I have been here a couple of times. But I definitely have to leave a review for this bartender. Dejá is the bartender. (If I’m spelling her name right lol) I have seen her before. And she works hard every time. When it is busy with locals. She handles the bar with ease. Making drinks, pouring tap beers fast. She even went all the way to the back to get some more Heineken 00. She is one of the best bartenders here at PTs.

Jeremy was rude . Waited 30 minutes for our drinks . We had to yell to another bartender for water as they kept walking around . Completely ignoring my friend and I . Food was “warm” when it came out .. than Jeremy decides to drop off our drinks . He never came back to check on us until it was time to pay . Never asked if we needed a re fill . Or just plain come over to see if we was ok . Didn’t acknowledge us until it was time to pay . Thought and was rude and racist . Especially my job is hospitality.. I know how to treat guest

Love this PT's. Definitely a vibe for locals here. Good pool, good drink, food is good. Only reason I pulled points on food & service is consistency. But the variation is industry wide, not just here.

Always solid!! You can't go wrong with the PTs chain! Except the rare ones that pull their non gaming seats from the bar area. Thankfully this location does Not!! Luv that!
Been going for nearly 10yrs. Fully transparent I'm not the biggest fan of some of the staffing changes over the past year and has had some crazy turnover since new management. But I'll still go as a close bar and least one of the consistent things is Nina! Absolutely the best bartender in the building. Never keeps me waiting on drinks, never to busy flirting or paying attention to the customers that she likes more than others. (Still a issue i have with tons of bartenders here, aka go at night after midnight as a single male and the male bartender will practically ignore you over any girl that walks in, everyone knows, I've told managers they just say how he is so kinda ridiculous so I will leave before midnight even if I wanna stay)
If you need a place for a cheap drink, watch a game, or some of the cheaper pool tables hourly in Vegas. Definitely recommend the spot. Again place has its issues, but all bars do. Just ask for Nina if she is working the bar and you will be set.
Definitely ask about food specials as alot of times they have a smaller menu of specials that is super cheap and affordable!
