Wonderful experience. Told them about my shellfish allergies, and they took extra care to not cross contaminate. The staff were very kind and attentive, from the chef to the servers. We have been to several different omakase and this is the first time in a while we have tried fish we’ve never heard of. 3 new fish to be exact and they were wonderful. Also, the different meal packages were great and you really get a good variety in each, it’s not just nigiri.
The rice is perfect, fish is amazing, and the service is warm and thoughtful, if you have knowledge of this kind of experience you will enjoy, I was not expecting this level of experience in Las Vegas. Thank you
This was an incredible dining experience! The food was fantastic! The sparkling apple cider was so refreshing and the yuzu cheesecake was phenomenal! The sushi... WOW! The otoro was my favorite!

There are 12 seats at the sushi bar and three tables for four people each. Recently, Yui has introduced a new menu focusing on more edomae sushi at a good price, making it a hidden gem worth seeking out. The food is fantastic, with the freshest selection of fish flown in from different places around the world. The omakase menu is the only option available, highly recommended for its variety of courses that are beautifully presented and explained in detail. The chefs are extremely knowledgeable, sharing insights about the dishes and their origins. The personalized attention and service from the chefs and waitstaff, who are from Japan, contribute to a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a simple and nice decor. Presentation is a work of art, and the food is delicious on every single dish served. Dining at Yui Edomae Sushi felt like being invited into a quiet, reverent ceremony where every bite told a story. Chef Gen’s presence behind the counter was calm and confident. The omakase unfolded like a conversation: surprising, subtle, and occasionally breathtaking. There were moments—like the first bite of buttery nodoguro or the aged toro—that made one pause and just savor. The best sushi place, with the most delicious tuna. Everything looks so traditionally Japanese. The service from all the staff is 10/10. It is good to experience and check off the list of edomae available in Vegas.
