Order food it was super spicy! Their didn't offer me anything else when I complained. Which every other establishment will.
She just wanted to argue and charge me. 101 excuses for why I was wrong!
Maybe she needs to be reminded that this is hospilitalty: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.
Not ignoring your clients talking to your friend at the bar 90% of the time.
This is the only member of staff, I've felt that needs to be fired!
All this, after having to wait an hour and a half. Due to something happening after a meeting and no one their to service their guests.

I love it here very cool and chill until tonight ray was disrespectful we understood that he was the only one working the bar but when you have costumers we do come first we waited 10 min of him walking around in circle and was not helped then when we did get his attention we asked is there a wait because we ready to order he told us if you don’t like the service here go somewhere else that’s not how it work nor how you speak learn how to be frustrated and still have good costumer skills.

I have always been a fan of PT's. Been living in Vegas for 5 years. Since 2019. And tonight I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I've ever had. I came to the location on nellis right off Bonanza in Las Vegas tonight on 7/24/24 between 10:39pm and 11:30 pm, and the female bartender that I experienced for the first time tonight was completely horrible. I asked her a question about comped drinks and she instantly caught an attitude with me and my wife. Before that she was already arguing with a previous customer and her attitude just seemed off the entire night we were there. Because she didn't like that I didn't like her response to my question she continued to curse me out alwith foul language and told me to meet her outside. I will never spend another dime at a PT's because of her. And I will be following up with corporate tomorrow. Utterly disgusting service.

I spent an hour gambling and they didn't comp a single draft beer it's better to go anywhere else for a better deal
My coworkers and I come here pretty often, at least once a week for happy hour. We never had an issue until this past week where the lady bartender was extremely rude and passive aggressive. We understood considering it was busy and she may have been stressed, but she was snapping at our group about an ID she already checked then proceeded to slam our beers down. We also got overcharged for our drinks. It was happy hour, yet we got charged regular price until our 2nd round of beers. It'd be better if there was a 2nd bartender for happy hour to offer some relief, and a better attitude from the staff. Other than that, I really like this location for its convenience, ice cold cups and drinks. We always have fun here regardless.
