The food was embarrassing. we ordered two the crispy chicken and beef tacos and not only did it take like a half an hour, it was the saddest thing I've ever seen on a plate. All I had was some ripped tomato and ripped lettuce with completely bland Chicken and beef inside the cheapest store-bought taco shells.

Julie is definitely favorite. I love this bar Melinda Aaron Dan they are great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great people good times I've been a regular for years. Top ten places to be . N Julie makes the best micheladas n you can't beat the wings yummm Aaron can make u any drink btw..

I always go to PT’s locations and have a great experience . Unfortunately it was not the usual experience. First time at this location and the experience was horrible. The security and bartender fed off each other’s negative energy. Rude for reasons.

Order food it was super spicy! Their didn't offer me anything else when I complained. Which every other establishment will.
She just wanted to argue and charge me. 101 excuses for why I was wrong!
Maybe she needs to be reminded that this is hospilitalty: the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers.
Not ignoring your clients talking to your friend at the bar 90% of the time.
This is the only member of staff, I've felt that needs to be fired!
All this, after having to wait an hour and a half. Due to something happening after a meeting and no one their to service their guests.

I love it here very cool and chill until tonight ray was disrespectful we understood that he was the only one working the bar but when you have costumers we do come first we waited 10 min of him walking around in circle and was not helped then when we did get his attention we asked is there a wait because we ready to order he told us if you don’t like the service here go somewhere else that’s not how it work nor how you speak learn how to be frustrated and still have good costumer skills.
