Jackie working 10/16/25 at 9:45 pm was extremely rude after I asked her about the comping policy she said we played a lower amount then we actually did so I asked for my change on the food so she come over and said now I have to charge you you actually owe me I think this is ridiculous that she wants to be spiteful then to charge me when she was originally not going to pts please do somthing about this she was rude the whole time and my food order was wrong she walked in the back kitchen and was yelling at the chef to the point I was worried he was going to spit in my food

Had a melted plastic lid in my nachos.....what else is getting there? Food was cold, menu was reduced, food took forever and its absolutely dead in here. Never returning.

I love this place and really like the staff so 10 stars to them especially Jackie! She’s on point every time I stop in. I think some of the other servers need to pay attention to how she rolls but overall staff is great. The food on the other hand is questionable. I’m seeing a pattern with all the PT’s. Great looking menu with great looking food and then this crap comes out of the kitchen. Between this one and west Martin I would do a quality check on both kitchens. You should also check the guys running the kitchen. Cesar at west Martin laughs at the menu and makes it his own way and I’m seeing the same thing here at this one. You guys have the potential to be the local bar with the best food and it’s failing. Keep it up bartenders and tell your manager the kitchen needs an overhaul!

I would have given her my feedback but she had her head so far up the woman’s butt that won $28k that she wouldn’t have heard me.
I won’t be back to or recommend this location, unfortunately.

My wife had gotten light headed from not eating enough and standing too quickly and had to be taken to the car....forgive me if i get her name wrong but I believe her name is Jackie was awesome She was extremely attentive and caring towards my wife and myself. I would recommend to everyone they should visit this bar and especially when this awesome bartender Jackie is working.. she rocks.
