Great spot for a Sunday brunch! Food was good, we sat outdoors. It was a little busy but that's expected for the location. Service was good, considering how busy they were. I really enjoyed my breakfast burrito.

I waited 25 minutes at an unattended-dirty table for a grilled cheese sandwich and chips. When inquired, I was told it takes a while for cheese to melt. Several tables of customers who arrived after me ordered were served and ate before me. Ultimately, I asked for a refund. The manager apologized and offered the sandwich minutes later, at no charge. The food was lukewarm by that time. The experience left me feeling unwelcomed and intentionally overlooked during the prolonged wait while watching other tables being cleaned, customers seated, and served. When I went to the counter to inquire about my order, a black guy with locks quickly went to clean the table where I sat. The experience was sad and unwarranted because it looked like intentional-poor customer service.

I've been here atleast 5+ times in the last few weeks. The aesthetic of the place is nice. The restaurant is clean. The food is excellent, 10/10 every time, The wraps are great, The pasta is great. I definitely am recommending my friends and family to come to Rachel's Kitchen at Town Square Las Vegas. Also our server Deontay, has been excellent every single time we've been here. Deontay is easily one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant. Deontay is welcoming, very friendly and asks us any questions about what we want on our food. Deontay himself makes me want to come back here, Easily the best server at this Rachel's Location, His kindness separates him from the other servers.

It is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat - located at Town Square. It’s a modern and clean place with a nice patio outside.The food is very high quality and super tasty while still being healthy.A big variety of Healthful items on the menu along with other sandwiches/wraps and salads. They also have delicious juices and smoothies on their menu.We have liked everything that we have tried and the portions are good too , not too small at all.Chicken was very tasty and not overcookedor dried out.The service was great, very friendly and fast .Overall: we had a great time at Rachel’s kitchen, No complaints!

This place was so quiet so I thought our food would come out pretty fast, seeing as how there were a lot of employees and all we ordered was a sandwich and a grilled cheese, I did not time it but it seemed long for two sandwiches. The sandwich's were just eh not amazing but not bad, the French fries not great kind of cold, and they also don't have mustard? I will not be going back but I think it can be improved in so many ways!

Then asked an employee if a table could be cleaned up for us since it had the padded sits (option of sitting is metal chair or padded sits). I had a back surgery, so obviously I need padded sits. He ignored us and moved to another customer. Needless to say, We arranged our own sitting.We also Placed our order with specific food allergy restrictions. Same person that took our order brought it to the table. When asked about the wrong dressing on the salad, he replied, "I placed the order. I'm not a cook, so I don't know why your order is wrong." We simply asked that the other be done the way we asked.Further more, since one order was wrong, I decided to asked about the specific allergy restrictions. Again, same person that took our order, once again said, "I don't know if your order is correct, I am not a cook."At that point I was annoyed ?. My response was that we didn't want to be sick from eating food we are allergic too. They didn't care.

We came to this mall early so I'm glad this spot was open. It was our first time trying it and it hit the spot. The inside was clean and vibrant with the orange decor. I really liked the healthy chill vibe. The food tasted yummy. I'm particular about my salads and the Caesar with chicken was pretty good. My youngest can always enjoy a good pancake and they were able to add chocolate chips and remove the banana!My husband tried the smoked turkey and avocado sandwich on sourdough with a fruit side and he said it tasted great. My oldest loves smoothies and the Sunrise smoothie was a winner. Service was quick and I noticed the employee taking our orders was also the one cleaning the tables in between customers. She was really nice and attentive to the customers. Next time we're in Vegas we'll check this place out again. Total it was just shy of $55.

I've been coming to this Rachel Kitchen since they opened. I usually don't have no complaints until my last visit. Service was great like usual but the food was outright not good. I ordered a 440 sandwich with sweet potato fries and a peanut butter blast. The 440 sandwich is usually warm and one of my favorites. The sandwiche came out cold and the sweet potato fries as well. The smoothies was probably the worst I've ever had. Usually it's really chocolaty with a good peanut butter taste but not this time. It was very runny and milky with no flavor. I had to ask the worker to make it again and the 2nd time wasn't any better. Rather disappointed. I spent like $40+...should of asked for a refund...
