I’m currently visiting Vegas, and WOW after eating at this place I want to move here! Beautiful atmosphere, calm music, the server was so sweet, and the food was amazing! I also highly recommend the matcha nigori ?
This establishment was just as beautiful as it was satisfying. I ordered a flight of Sake that was hot and delicious! Then tirned my eye to the Gyoza and they were expertly made with a crunch and delicious sauce to dip. Then I had the sushi Kanikama sushi bites, the rice was sweet and soft, with the teriyaki sauce was from my dreams. Then I ordered the Chicken Kagaara. We tried this place for the first time since we were at Town Square. This is a solid ramen place with vegan options. We ordered their Asian Spice ramen with shrimp hand roll combo, Quartz with fried chicken rice bowl combo and kids Quartz ramen. The broth is vegetable based and clean tasting.
