We tried this place for the first time since we were at Town Square. This is a solid ramen place with vegan options. We ordered their Asian Spice ramen with shrimp hand roll combo, Quartz with fried chicken rice bowl combo and kids Quartz ramen. The broth is vegetable based and clean tasting. We are just used to pork broth that provides a more depth of flavor. This is by preference, their noodles were a bit mushy for our taste perhaps it was their gluten-free noodles. We like the noodle to have a nice chew/bounce. We also had fresh garlic that helped boost the flavor. Their fried chicken was done to perfection.

Best Ramen in Las Vegas HANDS DOWN. The broth is the most creamy unbelievably savory rich deliciousness that everyone MUST try!
Had to walk a bit out of our way to find this spot. All vegan broth is definitely interesting and while not usually what I go to it was flavorful enough. Good selection overall.

The food was delicious! The Amber Umami Ramen was light and flavorful and it came out fast! Service was outstanding.
This establishment was just as beautiful as it was satisfying. I ordered a flight of Sake that was hot and delicious! Then tirned my eye to the Gyoza and they were expertly made with a crunch and delicious sauce to dip. Then I had the sushi Kanikama sushi bites, the rice was sweet and soft, with the teriyaki sauce was from my dreams. Then I ordered the Chicken Kagaara. The chicken was plump and tender while the batter was crunchy and seasoned perfectly. The Miso Garnet ramen was so delicious I was sad I filled myself so much already. The meat was tender and flavorful, the broth was the best and most umami filled, while the bamboo shoots were even soft and supple. I came in this establishment, hungry and left absolutely stunned with how amazing the food was, and how kind the staff was. My server Kate was hospitable, attentive and kind. She deserves a big kudos. I would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. Not to mention, when I got the check I was flabbergasted with how cheap it all was! 10/10 for sure.

Here's a half eaten gyoza plate because it was so good. Ramen was spot on, the miso ramen was rich and flavorful, exactly what I craved . The spicy ramen flavor was alright, not a

I would say it'd a good Ramen spot but a bit high on the prices. The other menu items like rice bowls and sides were the way to go.
