I dont leave a lot of faith in Canes as it is very hit or miss. This time I went with family and I received cold fries that appear to be just barely fried enough. They were not even warm. I discovered this at home otherwise id just get it remade. But this seems to happen often as I always end up with cold fries. It is unpleasant and absolutely annoying knowing how much is paid for the food .

Went to eat with coworkers and some student workers from Southern Utah University for dinner and had some of the best service ever received. The staff working on 09/12/25 were so kind and attentive to us! Thank you for providing us with amazing food and amazing service!

It's fast food fried chicken. 3 of the 4 piece meal were pretty small, did NOT get but more than 15 fries. Price seemed a little higher than you would think for such a small amount of portion. The lobby appeared to be pretty clean.
