Blanca was an awesome server. Very attentive. Restaurant was clean and the food was good. Being from the South Bay, Norms was a staple. Great experience!
Came to Norms on a Friday night, it was not very busy but only one person doing everything. The meal was a great price, but when my food came out my steak was not cooked how I ordered it (medium rare). I didn't want to ask the server to remake it because I could tell she was super busy. A couple minutes later she came up and checked on me and asked if I liked everything and asked how the steak was.
