Great food. Been coming here for years, and KoBo remains one of the best quality/value ramen joints in Vegas. The dining areas a bit tight, theres not much space between tables. Feels like a traditional japanese ramen shop where you just eat quickly and leave. One huge personal gripe is if you order extras like chashu/egg, they consistently come cold. The soup isn't hot enough to heat them even if you immediately dunk them. Otherwise, 5 stars for sure.
The food is good, though the menu offers limited options. However, the excellent service more than makes up for it—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. A pleasant dining experience overall.
The food is good, but this place is getting a little stingy. This bowel was $17.00. There is hardly any noodles and we even paid for double meat the was non existent. Not the best business practice.
