Tried the tonkotsu ramen with hot level spice. Noodles were handmade at the shop and had a good consistency. Broth had a nice spice to it, but was otherwise thin and weak in flavor. Toppings were overall average. Bamboo was too tough. 7.5/10
Tonkotsu broth didn't have enough flavor. Noodles were a tad soft for my tastes but that's just me. The chashu was very tender as was the oxtail. The oxtail broth had a better flavor imo, and it comes with a spam musbubi. My parents said the miso broth was also only ok.

Prices are very good in this economy! Service was good as well.
One of my favorite ramen places. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They have seating almost every time I've came. Fast and pleasant service. On average I spend $30-50 for two people here depending how many appetizers I get. My go to is Tonkatsu no veggies level 1 spiciness. Very delicious rich broth. The chashu pork inside is always sooo soft which I love. I love this place so much I've probably been here over 10 times. Highly recommend!
