Red Lobster on Craig Rd is superb, can't complain everything was great. Our waitress/server, Trinity was awesome 👏. Great place to eat & enjoyed the service. I had a party of four (4), everyone was so pleased. Recommend the best. Thank you, A. Morgan

We arrived early for a 815p reservation and was told they were behind but that we would be notified by text around our reservation time and because it was so crowded we went back to our car and waited for the text. We didn't get a text and went inside to check at which time after a back and forth with the hostess we were seated and they apologized for long wait...we received the biscuits and another apology because our drinks were not ready after waiting for more than an hour for food we left we got another apology from the manager...what was really upsetting was not so much the wait but other people who were seated after us received there appetizers and meals and we got another apology and our appetizers after complaining. We waited another hour for the meal it never came. We left. The Manager apologized. We won't do Holiday dining at that location ever again it was Valentine Day disaster

We made a reservation for 730pm, the waitress told us we still had an hour wait. We left, what's the point of having a reservation if we couldn't have dinner there.

The server was extremely busy trying to finish up with a group of people so we didn't get seen for a moment. Then when the server came back to the table she became very attentive to my date only. The server barely came to check on us. Long story short, this was not a good experience. Food was not good due to the rush of the holiday. Don't think they were ready for the holiday.

Whenever we hanker for Maine lobster, the Red Lobster has good eating that is a lot closer than New England.

Tanya was our Server and she was wonderful but it was the entire team that earned the 5 stars, right down to the Mgr. (who we thought was the dishwasher helping out). They all worked together like a well oiled machine. It was Christmas and they had a steady flow of customers and they all seem like they were having a good time, store was very clean as well. I had not been to Red Lobster in a very long time and what I remember is the food was not that good but this location the entire experience and especially the food was excellent. It was a bit more expensive than I remembered but so worth every penny. It was good value for my money, thank you Craig Street Red Lobster!

We had an amazing experience here, Jordan took such good care of us and really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. She even ran out to the parking lot when my husband forgot his card inside. The food was great too.

Went there for Medicare presentation by United Healthcare. The regular menu was not offered. It was more of a snack menu than a lunch menu. False advertisement by United Healthcare. I do not recommend them.

I Just finish dining at Red Lobster on Craig Road and Clayton Avenue. I'm so very impressed with the service there, A young lady, the waitress Jordan, Let me tell you for such a very young age She is the epitome of good customer service the young lady was near perfect, beautiful smile, She gave us the most pleasant greeting.it's my first time dining at Red Lobster, and I would definitely come back very soon and let the world know about Miss Jordan and her very, very good customer service skills. PS: My sister. Linda visiting from Louisiana was also impressed. and was in awe of her as a person, Thank you respectfully,MR. KEN TRAVIS.....
