Not sure what happened, server apologized several times that she was overwhelmed with tables all at once, we ordered 3 drinks, 2 of them came after about 10 minutes, the soups came out pretty quickly, I ordered crab legs and lobster tail, the lobster tail came out by itself, right after the soups, thought it was a little weird, 30 minutes later we got the rest of the entrees and my crab legs were cold, but still had not received my drink. Red Lobster on Craig Rd is superb, can't complain everything was great. Our waitress/server, Trinity was awesome 👏. Great place to eat & enjoyed the service. I had a party of four (4), everyone was so pleased. Recommend the best. Thank you, A. Morgan
The server was extremely busy trying to finish up with a group of people so we didn't get seen for a moment. Then when the server came back to the table she became very attentive to my date only. The server barely came to check on us. Long story short, this was not a good experience. Food was not good due to the rush of the holiday. Don't think they were ready for the holiday.
