All I can say is people at sports book need to be trained how treat people gossip and harass take side of a abuser who live in another state they need training totally unacceptable stare at people people gossip none their business what go on outside casino

So, here I am, sitting in the sports book on Kentucky Derby day... Been here for over two hours since race #3 sitting in the nice comfy chairs up front... So far not one cocktail waitress has walked by... And worse the volume is on for a premier soccer game that no one is watching... Not the horse races at Churchill downs... Which everyone is here to watch.... Now, they have switched... Volume on a baseball game... Horse races muted
.. really stupid..... Do you have any idea on what. You are doing????

My first time sports betting. Bet on the college football final game and received my ticket. The person that I got the ticket from did not explain the points spread of the winning team. In fact, I felt she was rude. Came in to cash my ticket thinking I won, and the ticket was not a winner. In fact, the employee on the second visit could not explain it to me. Her manager had to explain it. This is not the most ideal place to place a sporting event bet.

Sat at the bar at 5:50 pm on Friday 12/13. Played over 20 minutes and $200 and not once did a bartender approach me. Absolutely unacceptable. Hire staff that knows how to do their job.

$100 for a table at the sportsbook is ridiculous, this used to be one of my favorite places to go and watch the games. Your TVs are mediocre at best and let’s not talk about the delay from the main screens to the one’s at the bar, and you can’t even hear them with the people playing the slots at the bar.. with all that said I’ll head over to the newly remodeled Suncoast where you can actually see and hear the game…That’s not the Way to treat the locals Red Rock…
UPDATE: Everything happens for a reason, so much happier at Suncoast. I’ll admit I was a little salty for a minute but so glad they got Greedy now 👍🏼

Incredible multiple high resolution screens for comfortable sports event viewing near the bar. Service was a little slow during my last visit but acceptable.

Poor experience at the sports book. Walked up while it was still open staring at who claimed to be the book manager. I'm unsure how anyone gets promoted to a position this high if their customer service skills are worse than a fast food employee. I will never spend another dollar at stations casinos again after the amount of money I bet in your app year after year over 100k and receive this kind of treatment from an employee that clearly doesn't care. Apparently the book manager doesn't even have a business card either. pfft

ALL the machines go down at once? Now waiting over an hour to get my money/voucher out cuz machine says hand payouts requires on a minimal amount. Probably hoping people just leave money in machine. ..but just for that reason not going to. Total B.S. why not turn the machines all off again and let them reboot. Really! TOTAL B.S!!!!

My go to sportsbook when im in the Summerlin area. Red rock is my favorite casino outside of the Las Vegas Strip.

Easy access off the freeway, parking areas great and now with the online machines in the sportsbook its easier to place bets and parlays than waiting at the counter.

Drink tickets available sometimes but Im only there to put in bets and cash winning tickets💵💵 5 stars🤙

Lived here for a lot of years for the first time at Red Rock Casino and all I can say is what took me so long is excellent food court and sports book I'll be back
