I didn't try the food, but the hookah was good, the price was low. Will be going back to it another day. TVs had sports channels, 6 public tables plus a few more private rooms that I saw.

Parking: I didn't have trouble finding parking, there is a dispensary right in front, that a long term customer told me that the dispensary does not like any cars parking right in fron of it.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on ground level. I didn't see any trouble for a wheelchair to access, although I didn't look for where the handicap parking was located.

The hookah is weak. Never got good clouds and the flavor was missing. Decent last drunk spot if you HAVE to have hookah but I would recommend somewhere else or just doing it at home. I would not suggest coming.

They are receiving a 1 star due to their hours of operation not matching. You must call them before arriving at their establishment to be sure they are operating. Arrived a little after 12pm. This hookah lounge was closed

Very rude customer service. I've called twice on different occasions. The girl on the phone was mean and had an attitude. I won't be taking my group here to celebrate and it's a bummer they are so close to where I live. We were thinking about making this our new hangout spot. I wouldn't spend a dime here. When you ask questions about what the prices are she responds " you can Google it" in a condescending voice. I've never had someone be so rude upon me calling their place of business where I planned on spending my money. Very sad poor service. My family is Ethiopian and Egyptian and we never treat people with this type of disrespect this is a bad look on our heritage and I'm very disappointed in how this makes us look. Maybe they should be more careful on who they hire and if this is a family business they should not allow family to treat customers this poorly. Someone's auntie is out of line.

The place was a real calm and laid back environment. Its not exactly on the club side or fun turn up side. Its simply just to relax listen to music and smoke hookah, or maybe that was just the time of day that we went.I wouldn't recommend if you are on vacation and are wanting to have fun, its plenty of things on the strip that are fun. This is more so for a relaxed vibe.

A calm atmosphere but it wasn’t to clean. Especially the bathroom. For the place to be so small it wouldn’t hurt to make some minor cosmetic repairs. As for the hookah, the prices were affordable, but the flavors went out fast and got harsh. One tasted like industrial cleaning supplies aka soap.
