We had the fresh oysters and they were not fresh. They were chewy and dry. Had never had oysters taste that way. Also ordered molcajetes and the sauce was running with no flavor. I do not recommend Mi Ranchito Howard Hughes Center.
Use to come here every time we are in vegas, but the last 2 times they are short in staff, food takes forever to be served. Bad bad bad

Horrible service.... super slow service 25min waiting for waitress to take order of my dring 35 to take my food order Horrible about to leave insted ... and she only have 4 customers eating .

This place is great! It’s super clean by any restaurant standards, the atmosphere is vibrant and beautiful and the service is impeccable. We wondered in at 9:32pm, asked if they were open to feed us they said sure and sat us immediately, we ordered in the next 5-8 minutes and they brought out our food by 9:45.
They closed at 10pm, btw.
The food here is absolutely wonderful. Just a short drive from the strip and plenty of parking. Everything was seasoned properly and tasted great even the oysters that made me sick for a week.
Really good food, good salsa, and amazing home made tortillas!
