Dark and stormy and a double crown were 55 dollars. Good drinks but not worth that much.

RJ's sliders wings and more food truck has the best food in new braunfels. Packed with flavor and reasonably priced and served hot. My family and I love having lunch and dinners here. The man who runs it is so humble and friendly. This is a must try if you love great food.

Food is overpriced and overcooked. No one knows where the place is. Staff is rude

No food. Have to buy outside and bring in. 2 drink minimum per person, all the tables say reserved but aren't and the menu is out of date online. Servers were nice

Jose Gonzalez

According to the person working the bar they have not had food in 8 months.

Just went there to get some food. Was told by the employee that the only food they have now is pizza. Not any sort of sit down restaurant anymore.

Visited Ringer this weekend with a group for the Superbowl. Our party had a prepaid reservation for 6 lounge seats for the game – what a complete nightmare this experience was. When we first arrived, we were immediately seated at our table and were optimistic about the experience since we had a table overlooking the sportsbook area and all of the TVs. Things quickly went downhill after that. Not long after we were seated and ready to order some drinks and food, we were notified Ringers shut down their kitchen a couple weeks ago – they had NO food to serve us and said we’d need to go elsewhere/arrange our own food. How can you shut down the kitchen and not notify all the guests who paid hundreds of dollars for a reservation ahead of time? Why would we spend $800 dollars to sit somewhere to watch a game and then on top of that, have to fend for ourselves to eat? Since we were clearly upset, the waitress said she would find a manager to speak with us – turns out the ‘manager’ was not really a manager but someone else from Planet Hollywood helping out. He said something about looking into getting us comped food, but instead just gave us extra free drink tickets – whoopie. Things got worse when we tried to order a second round of drinks – Ringers apparently ran out of all white wine. It wasn’t even the second quarter and there was not drop of white wine available. Isn’t Ringers a part of a giant hotel? Is it really that impossible to find white wine? Did they not anticipate having a full lounge of (overpaying) guests for the main Superbowl Event and some of them may consume white wine? Absolutely bogus. The final straw was the total lack of service. I guess after we showed our frustration over the kitchen closing and wine shortage, the waitress decided we were no longer worth her time. We literally had to flag someone down for every single round of drinks. It’s not like it was a short stay– we were there for 5 hours. Literally for 5 hours we had to service ourselves.Never in my right mind will I visit this establishment again. This experience was like the Firefly festival of superbowl party reservations. If I could give it negative stars, I would. If you want to be ripped off and scammed for March Madness, they are currently selling similarly priced reservations with the promise of 'an exciting basketball experience featuring a thrilling atmosphere and full menu of wings, pizza and sliders.' Same lies they sold us.

It's funny that this Yelp page says it's closed when it's very much open and very much charged us $800 this past Sunday. If you visit the Planet Hollywood website, Ringer is very much so listed as one of their 11 famous dining venues. If you want to be ripped off and scammed for March Madness, they are currently selling similarly priced reservations with the promise of 'an exciting basketball experience featuring a thrilling atmosphere and full menu of wings, pizza and sliders.' Worst breakfast I ever had in Las Vegas. The sandwich was greasy, the pancakes were hard to cut with a knife and the added fruit was very small. Very pricey for what we got.I will not go back.

Food was good, BUT they don't have any STAFF kitchen messed up my order because the NEW waitress didn't really know how to work computer.... But after a replacement of my food (from the COOK) "he came out and talk to me" it was coo.... Thanx!

The food and service were excellent but the prices were surprisingly high. I'd go back but be more careful.

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery to our room. We got the big meat. It tasted horrible! It’s dry and was topped with cut up meatballs which were dry and somewhat chewy. Such a waste of $45.

Sat down for 15 minutes and nobody visited the table to even say they would be with us. We ended up getting up and walking somewhere else.

Really nice sports bar. We arrived around 3 or 4 o’clock in the afternoon and the crowd was very light. We were waited on almost immediately and very short wait for food. We had the honey BBQ sliders and they were excellent. Things seem to pick up a lot in the event.
