False advertisement on the loyalty card. I followed the rules set out and bought 9 menu items 1-18 in order to get 10th free from 1-15. I couldn't order #7 carne asada plate I was told by cashier I have to order something else. I ordered #14 asked for chicken. I can't get chicken only beef. Where are the specific stipulations outline that because it's not on the website or on the loyalty card. I redeemed my card on 12/28/25 about 11:30ish. Because I myself work in the food industry I decided not argue but nowhere online or in store does it say what limitations there are except for only free items from 1-15. Make it make sense. Do better!!!

Got my order wrong!!! I said no pico and asked for carne asada nachos!! I get home and boom it’s fries and pico all over the food. I should have asked for a receipt but trusted them to get it right. But nooooo… and then when I call to tell them about it, he says that I never told him about not putting pico when I know I said no pico!!! Didn’t even apologized for getting my order right!!

This was so nasty. Everything is underdone. The fries are hard in the middle. The cheese isn’t melted. Can I please get a refund for ruining my dinner and appetite. I took two bites and my stomach almost turned. These cooks need some more training. Mind you it was dead in there, no customers. I got there before my order was done and he just threw it all in a box half cold.

I had the best carne asada fries tonight 11/5/25 1:20am. The cook who made my order is legit. I asked for well done on the meat and my god, even the fries were perfectly crispy when I got home. Even my dad said “this is the first time I ever liked that”. He asked me for more! We would’ve had to fight for what’s left if he hadn’t already eaten dinner. Thank you to the cool señor who made me the best carne asada fries I’ve ever had. Perfection lmao
