The absolute best chicken tostada, and asada burritos, and beans i have ever ha I'm from delivery. Thats including the Robertos less than 1/2 mile from me. Im glad they were busy tonight. My tostada was filled with fresh veggies and lettuce and tomatoes. The shredded chicken was the best. This is my new Roberto's forever.

Couldn't even eat it, dry and just absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing. Like it was just sitting out and handed to us. Zero flavor not even warm at that. The guacamole was like water I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Carne Asada Fries and chicken rolled tacos with a burrito and I will NEVER go to this location again

I ordered carne asada fries with no salsa (pico de gallo) and made it very clear that I can’t eat tomatoes or onions—tomatoes make me throw up and onions close my throat. They promised it wouldn’t be in there, but when I got back and opened the food, it was full of tomatoes and onions hidden under the steak and beans.
I hadn’t eaten it, just noticed the issue while mixing it. I called to complain, and they said nothing could be done unless I brought the food back untouched. Even though I had already paid for a ride, I went back to show them. They were surprised when they saw it and offered to remake it, but I asked for a refund.
They acted like they refunded my card but didn’t give me a receipt or any proof—just said it would go back to the card. Super frustrating experience, especially since I was very clear about my dietary restrictions.

I am born and raised in Las Vegas and I have been eating at Roberto's for my entire 49 years that I have been in Las Vegas. Today was the first time that I was completely unsatisfied with my food. The first problem was is that I ordered chicken tamales and I got beef tamales then when I went to the salsa bar it didn't even look like Roberto's salsa it look like somebody else's salsa. The food was very bland and didn't have any flavor the way that Roberto's normally taste and I was truly disappointed because I hadn't been to Roberto's in months and I have been craving Mexican food and really wanted it.
