The music was absolutely atrocious. It was a country band, and they were so loud, it was impossible to talk at all and was so bad. Won't be going back!

We were very disappointed this year. Outside was unavailable, but that is what we booked. Our server Pamela was horrible, she completely disappeared on us (to serve people outside although we were told there was no service outside) the music was uncomfortably loud. The only saving grace was that our servers “helper” was extremely attentive when we told him Pamela disappeared. Bartending service was super slow even though they didn't seem that busy. 3 of our drinks were made wrong... will not be back next year

The room is great. The food is always solid. We are always excited to come and bring friends here. But we have started warning people, the service is beyond bad and slow. They aren't rude or anything. It simply takes forever. We were literally one of three tables and it took nearly 30 minutes to get a drink. I'm not sure if it's the specialty cocktails or what. But for $100 a person, the service is unacceptable. Yet we keep going because the room is great and the food is good, so maybe it's our fault. We will come back next year and just know it will be 2.5 hours for dinner and two drinks.

As we were being seated (at a table we had seen open for 30 minutes and yet weren't seated for those 30 minutes), we were told by the hostess “we will need the table back in an hour”. Very unfriendly, then our drinks that were billed as Christmas cocktails arrived about 20 minutes later, and it was just a regular smoked old fashioned and a very overpoweringly espresso-heavy martini. We had poor interactions from the start, then basically were told to rush (which we had a reservation, btw), and sat in a room with incredibly loud music (DJ) with sub-par drinks. They got that table back in 30 minutes. They can have it from now on as far as I am concerned. We are Las Vegas locals who spend money and tip well... their loss.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had reservations that I made a week prior. After 45 minutes POST reservation time, and two inquiries by us as to when we would be seated, we were taken OUTSIDE. There was no TABLE. we promptly left and went to another establishment for dinner. What a waste of time. Such unprofessional staff. If you know you are going to be BUSY, don't offer a reservation on this type of platform.

First time with a complaint and we've visited multiple times over the years. Took 45 minutes to get our first drink. Had to request a waitress twice, after being seated 20 minutes with no service. Didn't even have menus to look over. Waitress was sweet, but overly busy with the number of tables assigned. Shrimp tasted old/freezer burnt. They were out of the hand rolls. Only thing decent was the fries. Drinks were not in the cutesy holiday cups like last year. The night was lackluster, at best. Waste of our only night to get together before the holidays. Surely expected better, as it's usually a fabulous time.

Don't believe what they say about the kitchen being open. It was closed when we got there even WITH an Open Table reservation. The hostess was gone, only the bartender and the do were left. .

Went on the 1st night of their Holiday themed experience. We were told that the Christmas and Holiday drinks weren't ready until tomorrow. That was the only reason we wanted to go. Not sure why they listed the start dates and don't have everything ready.

We made reservations for a table two weeks in prior to our event. We verified those reservations few days prior to the event. Unbelievably when we got there they had our names for a reservation but no table reserved for us. It was an embarrassing experience. Management team didn't have an understanding of how to handle the situation. Thank you

Horrible service. No one came to take our order for 1.5 hours. Even after trying to get hold of someone at the front as well as the manager but no one came. It's the worst service ever. Don't bother going if you expect service.

Service and ambiance were great! We were a large party and all of us had a great time. We weren't a fan of the food but overall it was a great experience. We would definitely go back for drinks.
