I’m writing because the owner doesn’t care about you. Former employee, quit on my own because he’d rather have the bad than the good. Just gonna touch on couple things.
1) COOKING TIMES, TEMPS, and HOT HOLDING. Employees do not know cooking temps for food, nor do they check before it’s given to you. You will get served raw chicken. FOOD SITS IN STEAM TABLE THE WHOLE SHIFT INSTEAD OF EVERY 4 hrs.
2) CLEANLINESS: Where do I start. They don’t. I want the owner to say that they do. I will show text of employees telling him what they won’t do. I have before pics and after pics from where I cleaned deep fryers that YOUR FOOD IS COOKED OUT OF, and everything else FROM DAY ONE OF MY HIRE. I have text from employees telling him what they will not do.. THEY ARE STILL THERE. lol.
I have always been told to cover my ass. Glad I listened.
3)RUN OUT OF ITEMS: menu says one thing but you will get whatever they have at the time vs a polite “ sorry, we are currently out at the moment, can I take 10% off your order if you still want something?” Is how I would handle that situation. Not them. You will get a hoagie roll cut in half for a hotdog bun. lol.
Would speak on owner and his stories that people told me and ones he told me personally but this is about food and your health. Nothing personal.

The food was not bad. However, it also was not prepared as advertised. I understand that you may run out of ingredients, but the person taking orders should definitely let you know that when an order is being placed. I was told as I received my order that the buffalo fries would not have blue cheese crumble (the reason I ordered it), chives, or Colby melted cheese (nacho cheese which I wasn't too heart broken over). The wings tasted like plain pre-breaded pre-cooked wings that were warmed up and covered in wing sauce. It's not bad, but it's definitely not freshly cooked wings. I would go back and give a second chance, but I'd asked more detailed questions when placing my next order.
Custom service was great, and everyone was pleasant.

First thing first I gave a 1 ☆ because the chese on my fries was perfect. My friend and I stopped pass this truck and ordered my friend purchased the Buffalo chicken fries where do I begin the menu advertised all fries are crinkle cut NOT TRUE unless we came on the wrong day they didn't have crinkle cut fries and no one told us thi information before we ordered then they didn't have half the ingredients to make the buffalo fries which also WAS NOT MENTIONED the cheese on her fries was like the melted slice cheese in the microwave it was just a waste of money my hotdog was luke warm and to top it off the didt have lids which the decided to tell us AS THEY HANDED US THIS SAD MEAL. But to top it off the two workers were horrible the girl was angry soon as we walked up the boy got angry when I told him how they should let customers know when they don't have what's advertised on the menu he got very nasty I threw the food in the trash and will never recommend this food truck.

Literally went to this place at 1:30am ordered the Buffalo Chicken cheese fries. The fries were not crinkle cut as advertised, no blue cheese crumbles, no chives and the ripped up chicken tender was dry hard and unappealing or appetizing. I was NOT informed prior to ordering or paying for my food that they didn’t have the ingredients to properly make my order. Just took my money and gave me slop and trash. My friend ordered cheese fries and a hotdog the cheese on the fries was the only thing good the hotdog wasn’t even WARM. The nasty nonchalant, don’t give a damn attitude from the two workers working this am was DISGUSTING. Very Disappointed and would not Recommended an animal to come here for scraps. Wasted $30.00 on garbage and bad attitudes. Pictures of what the menu offered as opposed to what I Actually received ??

Go to this spot every time I’m on Fremont. The food is great and they have a lot of options I was surprised. The workers are nice and always get the food out fast and fresh, even though it’s a very active area it’s nice you meet a lot of new people and have some good food in the meantime.
