This was our third time at this restaurant, second within a year. Everything was great except the server didn't visit our table too often. I ordered fajitas and at one point she offered to bring more tortillas over and never did. We eventually asked her again when she brought the check. Not ideal to forget something like that when someone is eating fajitas.
We wanted a restaurant that was in walking distance to our hotel. This location was perfect and after reading the reviews, we decided to dine in Rosa Mexicano. Our reservation was prior to 6:00 pm and so the restaurant was on the quiet side. The staff is friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Ace was our server, and she was patient as we asked our many questions as well as making suggestions. The tableside guacamole was a large enough portion to be shared by 3 people. You are able to choose the spice level...next time we will add more spice/heat. We shared several dishes and the drinks were tasty. The menu has a great selection of tacos and enchiladas. Dining in this restaurant was very satisfying, and we would return.
What a fantastic experience! So fun, the vibe is amazing, service fantastic and the food incredible! We sat in one of the pink booths along the mall side of the restaurant and it was a total vibe! Our server, Miguel, was one of the friendliest people we have come across in Vegas! He was helpful, friendly and informative-his service really contributed to such a positive experience. The food was delicious and served in such a quick turn around. Thank you to Miguel and all the staff at your Vegas restaurant for making our experience unforgettable!!
Never going there again. The host was rude as soon as we walked in. Our actual server was the only pleasant one. She was nice. The food was gross no flavor the guacamole person couldn't even say hi. The ambience was nothing like it was reviewed. I would not recommend this place to no one.
We love the restaurant from knowing the NYC original with Rosa. Always a great experience!
Table side Guacamole is a given. The Duck Carnitas were great. Calamari app was done perfect .
Definitely recommend... very quiet, very low maintenance, very family friendly. Drinks & food 10/10. Service awesome! Just needed a little more Vegas vibes. Wayyy to chill vibes for me. But definitely try it out for your own experience!
The ceviche tasted like something that was sitting premade the entire day in some type of liquid, way too acidic, didn't taste very fresh and came out in like 3-4 mins which also makes me think this is just sitting in a fridge all day and brought out pre-made. The beef enchiladas were pretty good and the sauce was good as well. A bit expensive for what you get I think but the enchiladas were good.
I had contacted the restaurant prior to my party attending and they did not respond to my messages. We arrived and the host was wonderful the waiter in the other hand wasn't very happy. He seemed to have an attitude. Overall the food was ok not the best .
Our server was not very attentive and we found out later she was also doing the bar which spread her way too thin. Pink chips were a nice touch and salsa was flavorful but not spicy. The food was expensive and didn't come with much. Over $20 for tacos to not come with rice and/beans. The barria tacos lacked the outside crunch of the tortilla. Guava Margarita was good and strong. The tres leches though was the worst one I've had. It was half dry half milky and lacked so much flavor. The milk wasn't very sweet and the cake in general wasn't sweet. It had whipped cream on top that lacked the traditional creamy topping. There was so much to be desired from the cake and it missed the mark big time. For the price I wouldn't go again. The vibe and restaurant itself was beautiful and that's what made me originally want to go.

The made to order guacamole was a wonderful touch. The Mexican fried rice was delicious - we'd never had that before.
Great service and food! The all you can drink at brunch is a great deal especially for the prices you pay on the strip for drinks!
We enjoy this place we come here often as locals. Look forward to the next time. Brent gave us excellent service
I'm not anyone special, however the vibe is everything to me, for a restaurant to be on the strip and charge what they do for Mexican food you can get everywhere and anywhere, I set the expectations high. Aesthetically pleasing, however since I've been working in the same industry, I know when workers want to go home, they let everyone else know too, that's the kind of customer service I received at Rosa Mexicano. I get it, it's time to close and the workers don't want to stay any longer than they have to, so what do they do, get ready to clean but forget the word “customer service”, I'm not asking for the workers to bow or go over board, but don't make me and my lady, along with everyone else WHO IS LOOKING FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE that we don't deserve to have a good time, not the workers expectations, I'm coming to Rosa Mexicano because it suppose to be different from the rest, however it wasn't, the experience was exactly the same as Roberto's taco shop, I could have e went there and had a better experience. Over priced food for a regular experience is not appealing. Food was good but watch out for the rice, not as tasty as some might think.
Hard as hell to find. Service was fast and food hot as it arrived. Drinks and food was very good but a tad pricy.
