After long wait, Food came out cold. Husband sent it back and it came back again cold. Told waitress not interested in eating. They did remove charge.

nice location for being attached to a mall...traffic was entertaining at times...service was very good as well as the food...David was our server and made very good suggestions...only reason for less than perfect, we had made reservations and requested a mezzanine seating, which was not opened, and was ok with us...however a couple who did not have reservations was assigned seating that we would have chosen...no reason to not enjoy the experience, though

We made reservations for 5:30 that evening and were greeted and assisted but asked to wait. The hostess that helped us originally walked away and did not come back for 5 minutes or so. They line piled up & a different hostess came to greet different guests. When someone else joined the front desk, we reminded them that we had a reservation. Greeted with a “it's 5:36 ma'am give us a minute” when all we were looking for was something a long the lines of “we are working on your table” etc. after we were sat we were greeted with wonderful service from our server David. The food was delicious and drink were so good. Other than the start, would recommend.

I have know about Rosa's for a very long time from New York and Los Angeles and always try to get in when I'm near one. The pomegranate margaritas and table side guacamole is all I need!!! Thank you for the great service

We had a reservation for a very large party (34) during a busy time. Isabel the host was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to let our people sit together. Our server worked directly with me to help make some menu choices easier and stay within our budget. The food was good, too! Salmon had a lot of flavor in the sauce, guacamole was full of texture, the way I like it, and ceviche was really nice over chips. Very grateful they helped us host a nice meal for our huge team.

We celebrated my brother’s birthday this weekend at Planet Hollywood and had brunch at Rosa Mexicano. The food was amazing, especially the table-side guacamole, green salsa chilaquilles, and the endless mimosas were a hit but the true experience was the service from the start with Gigi, then Christian, and finally Ricardo, they truly made the day special.
Miguel provided us great service back in December of 2024 and we were happy to see him when we came back this October (2025). The food is amazing. We got the duck Enchilada and street corn. Its excellent.
