Rosa Mexicano in Las Vegas was clearly understaffed during the busy Valentine’s weekend, but the waiter who took care of us brought such positive energy that we still felt genuinely looked after throughout the meal.
The drink program is impressive, with a strong and well-curated selection of mezcal and tequila. As a premium Mexican restaurant group that I’ve visited in other cities, Rosa Mexicano continues to deliver solid cocktails paired with hearty, satisfying food.
Even with the service pressure that night, the overall experience remained warm and enjoyable.

An honest review! We came for brunch on Valentines Day with a large group. We walked in, so we felt lucky to find ANYTHING that would take 8 people! We sat inside, which was a quiet, dark atmosphere with fun decorations. Our server was fantastic- her name was Michelle and she was super accommodating and very nice. We got a couple pitchers of margaritas- the first way WAY too sweet so we asked for the second to be less sweet and they made it happen! We ordered iced coffees and they came as milk- I suggest the Starbucks around the corner for coffee instead. We got chips (fun pink color dyed with beets) and salsa to start, which were free. I got the breakfast quesadilla and I think it’s hard to mess up a quesadilla but it wasn’t good. And the plating was so awkward. My husband got the torta and it was like a thick sandwich… he didn’t love it. One of our friends was having a birthday so they brought her a churro which was nice, but it wasn’t extremely crunchy and not great. And then I think they accidentally charged us for it haha

The perfect late lunch for us! Me and two of my family members stopped here for a quick bite and it did not disappoint. The Mexican fried rice is DELICIOUS and does have a kick of heat (which is appreciated). The empanadas were smaller than we were expecting but the rice was plenty enough to share. Our server was very personable and he stayed moving the entire time we were there. Would definitely visit again since we never got around to trying the drinks!

We had an amazing experience out on the patio for supper. Such tasty food/drinks and Aniza took such great care of us!
We started with the made at table guacamole. It was HUGE and so delicious. It was prepared perfectly to our spice level (7 out of 10 heat). Raphael was attentive and we loved it. We ordered the queso fundido as another appetizer. It was another huge portion and delicious. Instead of an entree, I ordered refried black beans and street corn and my husband had the chicken quesadilla. All delicious and perfectly crafted. I have food allergies and Celia, our amazing hospitality professional, was outstanding and answered all my concerns. Next time in Vegas, we will be back!!
