I had a fantastic experience. We came around 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday night. It wasn't too busy and we got seated right away. Service was spectacular they gave us chips and salsa and they never let us run out. Drinks were a little pricey but we're very tasty and well made. I had a chili relleno with black beans which was the best I've ever had. The Poblano's were cooked perfectly just the right amount and not too soft.
I also got the fried calamari which in my opinion was the best calamari I've ever eaten. It was so flavorful perfectly cooked with Crispy and tender pieces. And I had a little bit of spice with this amazing dipping sauce which was spectacular
The only thing I didn't care for to be honest was the Tres leche cake. I was really hankering for a vanilla and it came out chocolate which was good but it really wasn't what I was wanting. And I thought the cake was a little too dense for my taste

Fabulous experience from start to finish. We were greeted by Gigi at the front desk who was extremely friendly and professional. She asked if we had any allergies and showed us to our table. We then were served by Chelsea who was such a pleasure to interact with. She was super friendly and helpful. What a gem! Let’s talk food! Our entire meal was fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the shrimp diablo and chicken flautas. Delicious!!! This will absolutely be a go to stop for all our trips to Vegas. Thanks again Gigi and Chelsea! YOU made this experience incredible!

We did our rehearsal dinner here and I was super disappointed. Had dropped off a welcome sign earlier in the day and when we got there it was nowhere to be seen. When they finally found it I had to set it up myself. The drinks and food were good but the service was super slow. Some guests didn’t get drinks until over halfway through the dinner. I felt like because we pre-selected gratuity the servers were neglecting us. Also they advertise the “pink room” as being private but it’s completely open to the restaurant. Overall I think there’s better options on the strip.

We had an incredible first time experience at Rosa Mexicano LV! The place is beautiful, the vibe and atmosphere very welcoming and chill. Luis was fantastic at service, answering questions, and providing great recommendations. The food was flavorful and to the table in ample time, fresh and steamy!
We had the Mexican shrimp cocktail for starters, and split the chicken and steak fajitas! We were so impressed with the taste and presentation of it all! For libations, we did the Cocojito and Morning Glory- highly recommend! Thank you Luis and Rosa Mexicano so much for making dinner even more special!

The best experience in Vegas, excellent service, Luis our server was incredibly polite and nice, all the staff are so amazing. I'm surprisingly amazed about the taste and presentation of the plates. Rosa Mexicano has an AUTHENTIC FOOD!!!!
