This was our third time at this restaurant, second within a year. Everything was great except the server didn't visit our table too often. I ordered fajitas and at one point she offered to bring more tortillas over and never did. We eventually asked her again when she brought the check. Not ideal to forget something like that when someone is eating fajitas.

We wanted a restaurant that was in walking distance to our hotel. This location was perfect and after reading the reviews, we decided to dine in Rosa Mexicano. Our reservation was prior to 6:00 pm and so the restaurant was on the quiet side. The staff is friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Ace was our server, and she was patient as we asked our many questions as well as making suggestions. The tableside guacamole was a large enough portion to be shared by 3 people....

What a fantastic experience! So fun, the vibe is amazing, service fantastic and the food incredible! We sat in one of the pink booths along the mall side of the restaurant and it was a total vibe! Our server, Miguel, was one of the friendliest people we have come across in Vegas! He was helpful, friendly and informative-his service really contributed to such a positive experience. The food was delicious and served in such a quick turn around. Thank you to Miguel and all the staff...
