The room is great. The food is always solid. We are always excited to come and bring friends here. But we have started warning people, the service is beyond bad and slow. First time with a complaint and we've visited multiple times over the years. Took 45 minutes to get our first drink. Had to request a waitress twice, after being seated 20 minutes with no service. Didn't even have menus to look over. Waitress was sweet, but overly busy with the number of tables assigned. Shrimp tasted old/freezer burnt. They were out of the hand rolls. Service has been consistently pretty bad the last few times we have gone for drinks. Took about 25-30 minutes for our host to take our drink order and it wasn't even busy. Drinks and food were good though!
