Had high expectations for this place but it was extremely underwhelming. Omelette was bland - it had no seasoning and had a rubbery-like texture. I’ve had better omelettes at my local diner. Even the smoked salmon was a miss - it was tough and was very fishy. Don’t understand the hype.

Sadelle's is lovely. That is the last positive thing I can say. Our waitress was very nice but we only saw her when she took our order and when she dropped the bill. The menu is very vague. My husband ordered the Belgian waffle. No description on the menu, just Belgian waffle. She asked if he wanted the berries, not mentioning it was a $5 upcharge. The waffle came with a divot in the center to hold the berries so there was only a couple of inches of actual waffle around the edge. I ordered the oatmeal. Again, no description on the menu, just oatmeal. It was topped with sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries and toasted coconut, none of which I wanted. The oatmeal itself was unsweetened and the consistency of soup. We paid $84 for this mess. Never again!

The food is just so so, and the service was disappointing. The server cleared our plates without asking, even taking away my fork while I was still eating dessert. I had to go ask for another one myself. We were seated at 12:00 PM, and by 12:50 PM, the bill was delivered on our table without request. It felt like we were being pushed out. Overall, not worth visiting unless you’re only here for the aesthetics.

Great first-time experience. Service was exceptional and I loved the proximity to the Bellagio’s decorative seasonal lobby. The menu is quite streamlined with an emphasis on incorporating seafood into breakfast standards, which some may love and others may not. The food itself was delicious. I had the salmon benedict. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the strip/Bellagio IMO.
I’ll definitely be back.

As is expected with Bellagio comes one of the most artistic ambiance.
Took extremely long to get seated. No fresh juices or chocolate milk. Bagels were just round bread. Overall quality of food is on par with a mid level diner trying to overcome lack of quality with sweetness and butter.

Nice breakfast at this restaurant inside Bellagio. The ambiance is great but it is noisy for a quiet relaxing breakfast. The foods are fine but not outstanding. The service we received was good. Better have reservation.

Updated March 2025: after waiting over an hour in line, it took another hour just to be served our food. After flagging down various servers for coffee refills, water, and to simply take our order, I can’t say what is going on here but it’s not the same experience we’ve had before. Sadly, we wouldn’t return. You see staff rushing around but no one is waiting on the guests.
Elegant and relaxing just as you would expect. A no rush breakfast spot with perfect service and healthy options. The blueberry pancakes are more than 1 person could eat alone but are very fluffy and tasty with vanilla extract.
Kid-friendliness: The waitress was attentive to our children and offered chocolate milk and plastic cups.

The restaurant is without a doubt beautiful. It feels like you're stepping into a Disney princess castle, but that's the only thing I liked about it. The ambiance is very elegant. It's a great photo-op if you're into that. The food was bland, lacking flavor and not really worth the price, Although the pancakes were good, it's a must try! I really like the atmosphere and the pancakes, I'd go back for that and for more pictures.

Overpriced for the quality of food and service you get, and not worth the one hour wait.

Eggs Benny was room temperature. My moms dish was also cool/ room temp but the plate was hot. The cream for the coffee was spoiled. Service was slow, waited a good long while for our bevvys, waiter was gone as I was asking for 2 waters so I had to try again later. Did eventually get water and my mimosa. Food tastes ok but there are so many great options. Save yourself and go else where.

Waiting line was horrible, they are taking 4-5 groups of priority to 1 group of the normal line. We have been waiting for more than 2 hours for service
