Great service, along with the food. Tuna salad tower & french toast are my favourite things to order here. I’d recommend the matzo ball soup!

If you have been to the Sadelle’s in NYC and love it, this is like. Not even the same establishment. The food quality was lacking and it was no better than any other breakfast diner in Vegas IMO. The tuna melt was super fishy and dry and seemed mass produced. The bartenders let regulars text them and cut the line so a woman came in and cut me and the bartender explained she is a regular she text me. Umm — ok?? By all means she should go first. So whack and so expensive. Skip it. And this pains me to say because I love the original so much.

Great atmosphere. Absurd price point for food so remarkably sub-par I would expect better from literally any chain of greasy spoon cafe in the country. Wildly disappointing.
Both orders of Eggs Benedict were served *cold*, and the egg whites were half runny. Hollandaise was far from generous in portion, and quite thin in flavor. A food experience every bit as miserable as it sounds.
Our scrambled eggs were also improperly cooked and substantially more than a bit runny. Sent back.
Remainder of the food was the same quality you'd expect from a budget diner on a good day.
I was particularly disappointed that not only did the kitchen staff send out multiple plates of cold, improperly prepared food, but our server clearly did not care about the visibly watery condition of the scrambled eggs and actually served it to us in that condition.
Bellagio executive leadership should review their contract to prevent long-term brand damage from a vendor located prominently in the heart of their casino, unless this is in fact the intended quality of the Bellagio brand.

We really appreciated our experience at Sadelle’s! The portion sizes were quite large and we enjoyed everything we had! The atmosphere was also lovely, it’s right off the gardens but private enough that you can still chat with your party without shouting. Will definitely be back!

Started off pleasant and bar staff was accommodating but things took a turn.
I can see many enjoyed this place and it’s strange my experience was so starkly different. But I see I’m not alone in mentioning these key things: ‘Quality of food, bad service, and excessive wait time. Food seeming like it had been sitting for too long and an extra item appearing in the bill.
Wait was nearly over an hour. For a standard breakfast plate: bacon, eggs, waffles, and side of fries
Most of the bar staff had been pacing or were nowhere to be seen; Seemingly avoiding eye contact because the many patrons next to us were also growing impatient. For the better part of an hour, no updates, reassurances, apologies regarding the wait; the bare-minimum from any restaurant.
The one African-American bartender who remained was initially kind but had grown inattentive and sour. At first, I thought he was irritated on behalf of us patrons. But strangely it became evident that his anger was directed towards us.
When our food had finally arrived, there was still no apologies to us or our neighbors from staff regarding wait time. People who had ordered not long after us were still waiting as well.
My partner and I both work in food. Could tell from texture of fries, toast, and bacon being super tough that the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time.
The thought that our food had been sitting for so long was infuriating. When he could see my dislike for food, bartender felt need to make a comment instead of apologizing when retrieving my plate. I was taken aback.
When payment had gone through, we noticed we had been charged for a drink that had never been made. Aforementioned bartender made a big deal about fixing the issue and calling a manager to do so when it probably took less than a minute.
Overall unpleasant experience. If you’re spending time and money to come to Vegas, you do not expect to wait an hour to get seated and another hour food just to be treated poorly. Hard to believe with all the management and staff clearly present.
This establishment did not meet the bare minimum standards of service and hospitality; you’d forget you’re at a major hotel.
Overpriced breakfast should at least be good. Treatment from staff was inappropriate and baffling when the capacity for kindness and patience is required for someone working in this industry.

This is a must do when in Vegas! The presentation of the food for specific dishes makes eating them even more fun. The salmon bagel tower was so delicious and same with the Benedict - they do the sauce just right. This place is hard to get a reservation at but the atmosphere and ambiance is so worth it. To top it off your steps away from the Bellagio Gardens which just adds to the incredibly beautiful vibe.

I was so excited to try Sadelle’s in Las Vegas for brunch, given its reputation as an iconic spot. What a letdown. Every baked good we got—bagels, toast, you name it—was chewy and rubbery, like it’d been sitting out for a long time or was microwaved. Not the fresh, crisp perfection you’d expect.
Then, I ordered steak and eggs medium, but it came out rare and bloody. Had to send it back and it came back med-rare 😂.
And the kicker? We ordered orange juice, it showed up on the bill but it never made it to the table.
I’m astonished that a place like this, with such a big name and reputation, struggles to get the basics right. This is Las Vegas Baby—step up your game, Sadelle’s!

Good breakfast spot! Lattes were great. Portions were a little on the smaller side but overall can't complain. We had reservations but still had to wait

Such a beautifully designed restaurant in a gorgeous setting. We tried the triple decker sandwiches, salami and roast beef, espresso martini, and side of pickles. Everything was wonderful. The view of the garden was incredible. Definitely recommend coming here, and I will absolutely be back.

I went for brunch and was sadly disappointed…it is extremely over-hyped and over-priced. It’s cute inside and the service was good but the food tasted like something you would get in a 24 hour diner. No flavor or seasoning.

My husband and I went to Sadelle's a couple weeks ago and had the best time. Their breakfast is amazing! We will definitely be back next time we are in Las Vegas.
Sadelle’s is always a luxurious “must” when we are in Las Vegas. We have never had a bad meal here and the location and service is unbeatable. I usually make at least 3 or 4 reservations during our stay and it is the highlight of our morning!
