We decided to try an appetizer "tasting" for dinner. We had five dishes. Each was better than the last. Flavors were amazing. Textures were spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed eating every dish.
Chef Dio was so kind. Came to introduce himself to our table. We decided to let him prepare his personal selections. Everything was delicious, well prepared with a vegetarian philippine flair.
