A nearly empty dining room at 7:30 Tuesday morning but 8 people in line to be seated???
Host said they only had ONE SERVER taking care of dining room and patio, so they had to delay seating!!
The two managers spent time talking and lecturing the 3-host staff about the seating chart while one of the hosts picked at her nails. The only individuals working were the one poor server and busser. The management, (or lack thereof) should be embarrassed.
Our food arrived luke-warm and barely edible. The coffee was hot and the OJ tasty but that was the highlight.
This was our third attempt over 3 separate stays at Aria and food and service are always sub-par.
Note to self - DO NOT REPEAT!

I went for brunch with my wife. We wanted a place with a nice outdoor environment and found it here.
It's not cheap, but the food is very good and the service exceptional. The outdoor dining area is a fantastic little oasis, away from the noise and lights.
When/if I'm in Vegas again I'll definitely go back.

The waiter was quick and nice. The food was eh. I got the omelet and added goat cheese which, I'm super glad I did, because it was just okay without it. Lacked flavor. My partner got the chicken and waffles. He said the only good thing about it was the syrup. Chicken was overcooked and the waffles didn't have any flavor to them? Wouldn't come back with so many choices on the Strip.

Servers are unfamiliar with menu, so don’t ask questions. Kitchen delayed a reorder and entire party was long finished before meal anrrived and it was mediocre at best.
2 stars because salmon power bowl was excellent, avocado toast was not.

I really enjoyed our breakfast. Omelet with leaks & mushrooms, hash browns & rye toast. Very busy place. Service could have been better.

Should’ve known this was not going to be a great experience when after ordering a latte it arrived barely warm. For breakfast we ordered the salt & ivy omelette and chicken and waffles. The food arrived fairly quickly, but was luke warm at best. The butter never melted on the waffle (as seen in the picture), chicken and the hash brown (which came with the omelette) were both just barely warm. Ordered sourdough toast with the omelette - got white toast instead which was hard and cold. When you think hot breakfast you expect it to be just that - hot… at least hot enough for the butter to melt, and that was not the case here. Just overall not impressed with the execution.

fantastic and only place open at 6a - best near the Strip from what I could tell
Organic eggs and ... great service with hot food.
Clean spacious bathroom and lots of sports tv although I would have preferred in patio area for some more calm

Breakfast service was seamless! The wait in line wasn’t so bad as the staff were efficient in seating people as soon as we were checked in. Food came very fast and everything were cooked on point. Kudos to the Pastry department as the croissant is flaky and buttery, something you’d have in an authentic French bakery. Rib-eye was a perfect medium rare as we requested, and the avocado toast was beyond expectations. Truly a wonderful first time dining experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a breakfast place with high end service and food quality, yet affordable pricing.
Dietary restrictions: Daughter had a lot of allergies and they were very good in asking what her allergies were.
Wheelchair accessibility: Our mom had a wheelchair and it was very easy to navigate and keep it while we were eating.

Shrimp & grits was rough
Sat outside in a nice sitting area, view of the pool and space heaters. Service was great, food was great. Chorizo omelette and Dutch baby both very good.
