A top place for tasty Chinese food. this place is absolutely outstanding. service is typically above par. this place has a cool design.
Had dinner here on our first night in Vegas. Definitely one the the highlight meals during our trip. Located in a mall, the place was east to find and parking was not a problem. The place was full upon arrival so we had to wait to be seated. Service was fast and effiecient, Food arrived hot and the taste was excellent. The food was immediately devoured by our family of four. Highlight was the roast duck and roast pork. Price was reasonable, you get value for your money. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Los of delicious foods. The staff was friendly and quick. There was a huge line but don't be intimidated, they move you through quickly.
Great soups and bbq pork!
I have always been eating at Sam Woo since the early 90' to 2000 in LA area, only been to this one in mid 90's.
Tried yhe house special with crispy noodle. Serving are huge.
Excellent seafood hot pot and duck soup. Prices were extremely reasonable. Great service- no clue why the rating is so low. Bonus: Joe Biden was next door on a campaign stop. Bonus #2: Cook walked into restroom and left after using without washing his hands.
Always wonderful authentic chinese food like I used to get in hong kong. Yum
The best place to eat Chinese food! The duck is to die for! Everything I clean, fresh and tasty!
This is the worst restaurant we’ve been to. Hot tea was cold(maybe the leftover from last table ). The food was warm, tiny portion and pricey. The plates were plastic. No service at all.

Originally wanted to go for sushi but the place was packed so we here, best 3 course meal we had. Recommend the "Sam woo sampler"For those who are new to chinese food, note no free drink refills and be prepared to tackle your waiter down to get their attention.
ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN LAS VEGAS. I just wanted some simple Chinese food and I've never been more disappointed in my life. I ordered a rice porridge which was horribly salty. And then I waited on my other 3 dishes for half an hour to find out the forgot to prepare them! THIS PLACE IS GOD AWFUL AND I'D RECOMMEND YOU CHOSE ANY PLACE BUT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO EAT!
love me my sam woo definetly a regular here great food huge portions
We were excited when we first walked by this place and the name and sign is same as a local chain in San Gabriel, CA. Not sure if they are related but quality here was far from CA place. Roast pork was not done right and the roast pig too fatty. Skin on roast pig was crunchy but unless you like eating very fatty meat, it was not enjoyable. We also order 1/2 Hainan Chicken. Chicken did not have any flavor at all and very dry. Came with the ginger scallion oil and even with that was bland. Definitely is not authentic Hainanese chicken. All dishes were small portions and way overpriced for a chinese BBQ place!!! Poor service as never got our tea pot refilled.
The food is just okay. I ordered wonton noodle and milk tea. The noodle soup is a little cold. The milk tea is definitely not authentic.
