This coffee shop is literally the cutest, coziest spot ever. The whole staff was super friendly, but Courtney deserves a special shoutout—she was seriously the sweetest. I wasn’t feeling well, and she took such good care of me with the sweetest attitude and some amazing recommendations. She honestly made my whole day.

BRING HEADPHONES TO BLOCK OUT NOISE. The place is nice for working on a laptop, but it’s usually too loud in there. They blast music to obnoxious levels and have mediocre musicians playing on there on weekends. I’ve spent a lot of time and money in Sambalatte, but I’m done with it. They need to fix the noise issue. Drinks are also overpriced

This was our first visit to Sambalatte. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is very good. The quiche and the cranberry almond tart were excellent glavor and consistency. We will be back. It was busy. Almost all the seating was taken. We sat upstairs. A little more quiet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! Complete lack of care for customers and unprofessional. I stopped going a long time ago because they just don’t care about their patrons but due to time constraints forced myself twice in the last few months and on both occasions left so frustrated & angry. The first time two months ago on the way to work stopped by and was told they didn’t have any Oat Milk or Decaf. Today I again in a rush to work in the morning stopped by and was told they didn’t have any decaf ? What kind of coffee shop doesn’t properly stock Coffee & Oatmilk? That’s twice I stop by on my to work and am forced to go elsewhere and therefore be late to my job because they don’t have ability or care to service their clients in a way that shows they value them or their time. Get a new manager or sell the place if you can’t stock the most important ingredient at coffee shop which is COFFEE. Will never be back.

The chocolate chip banana bread pudding was excellent and the coffee was very good too. I would definitely recommend. They even have us a free pastry bc they accidentally warmed the wrong one.

I like to sit in the front booth tables. But the floor is never cleaned. It’s amazing no one cleans them up very night. Crumbs everywhere.

Placed my order upstairs using the QR code. Thought it was so convenient because I had a ton of stuff with me and didn’t have to go back downstairs. It wasn’t until 30 mins after waiting I checked downstairs and learned the app was down. Would’ve been good to know. Luckily the staff was very nice and accommodating. Couldn’t find napkins anywhere. Would be nice to have some upstairs. Love the atmosphere. Ordered a matcha tumeric latte. Good and healthy.

Update: my 2nd visit here after the great first visit. It’s disappointing. There was a different barista. The coffee is not the same. Too much milk(?) No latte art. The mug is uncomfortable (wrong plate). The service was better first time. It’s sad going back to the place you liked and expecting the same experience, and not receiving it. Don’t want to come back.
Great cafe! I’m a huge latte lover and it was so delicious. I liked the large mug and the shape of it. Latte art was perfect! The coffee was hot the way I like. I sat down in the patio outside, great thing at 5pm it was in the shade. There was also plenty spots inside, but I don’t like when it’s a little bit dark. I also tried almond croissant, which was delicious and large, not dry. The pricing is reasonable. Will be coming back!
