Spectacular
Delicious food & excellent customer service! Would return in a heartbeat!
Best BBQ place service was great got to meet Michael Symon
Very nice, exclusive hide away behind a barbecue restaurant. Working your way through a crowd and finding a hostess is the first challenge. Very odd setting for an upscale restaurant. That is not pleasant. Once you have run that gauntlet, it's actually a very nice place. Wonderful service and great food. The rather loud big band music does not add to the intimate atmosphere. Food was well prepared and promptly served in the portions. The honey/sage chicken is delicious, as is the side of Brussels sprouts.
The ambiance and food were equally amazing. They had a great list of cocktails featuring Old Fashions and a huge spirits menu. The prime rib was the best I ever had. And the banana foster is a must with the preparation happening table side!!!
Good food, good service, good bar menu. no reason to go home hungry
The smoked prime rib was horrible. You taste nothing but smoke. The prices are very high and the food and service does not compare with other restaurants on or near the strip. The service was very irregular.
My wife and I spend our 12 year anniversary. This place is a gem and the food is simply amazing. The fried chicken with truffle and the duck fat fries were amazing. If you love ribs, dont miss out on the crispy ribs. I will definitely be back!!!
Went there for the signature fried chicken. It was well cooked but soaked in honey — sickeningly sweet. Seafood tower appetizer at $120 was very ordinary — nothing special. Broccoli rabe mushy with a funny taste. The drink menu for “old fashions” was impressive.
What a pleasure to eat out and be able to hear your date! The food was terrific, I had the Dover sole and my husband had the medium cut of smoked prime rib. He also said the Caesar was the best he's ever had. AND THOSE FRENCH FRIES!!!!! I wish we had been hungry enough for dessert as the show would have been worth it, but we weren't.
Restaurantji Recommends
Good effort but not well executed the night I was there. From being left in the lobby for 20 minutes with zero update, to being sat next to a table of 10 when there were plenty of other seats, to averagely executed food, it just didn't live up to what it was trying to be.
From the start of check in, it is a good process to make experience unique. The food and service was awesome. Something different you won’t get many places in Vegas. Would recommend, would go back. Had a wide variety of food.
We came to Sara's for my husbands Birthday. The place is nice in decor and atmosphere. The service was okay. Our waiter described their foie gras as being less "bruised and battered" which I was taken back by. The first two appetizers were excellent. We had the Beef Carpaccio and the Tuna Tartare. However, we were very disappointed in our main courses. I found it odd that in a steak house our server recommended their best entree as the Chicken. In reading the reviews, I suppose I should have listened. My husband ordered the "Surf and Turf". It stated it was "Wagyu beef however, it was tough. We have had Wagyu steak before and this was nowhere near the tenderness we have previously experienced. The "surf" aspect of the meal was this TINY piece of king crab. I had the Scallops. They were so fishy, they were inedible. I didn't want to complain as it was my husbands birthday but I can't say that I will be running back!
The food was good, highly recommend the potato purée. We had crispy bones and seafood tower to start. The crispy bones were so so and the seafood didn't taste fresh. The ambiance was fantastic. Would I go again? Probably not. Too many other great choices in Vegas!
Sara's was great! From the service, drinks, and food everything was spectacular. We got the crispy beef bones appetizer that was amazing. For our main course we ordered the Prime Rib 14oz medium rare. It was delicious and perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. We ordered two sides the duck fat fries with garlic aioli and sautéed mushrooms. All of the food was absolutely delicious. A must go to if you are in Vegas. The dining room is small but the decor and atmosphere is great. They had great music playing to set the mood of the dinner.
