All I wanted to say is update the prices cause last time I went there the price was above $20

I normally eat here every time I come to town and stay at
The Orleans. The 2 guys working there had the worst customer service skills I have experienced in quite some time. They were fine with the lady that came up right behind me. Praying for the
disdain some people have for other people that don't look like them.

They specializes in New York–style pizza sold by the slice, strombolis, breadsticks, salads and baked ziti.

We came for a bite after a show at the New Orleans Hotel. They were unstaffed at the time and so customer service was super slow. Some staff could have been at lunch. They took one of our orders, put the stromboli in oven and walked away. No one was around to take orders for about 10 minutes and no acknowledgment for customers waiting to put orders in.

We got the Jalapeño Cheese Stromboli and it was super spicy. Almost too spicy if you can’t do extreme spice. They looked golden brown and had a good amount of filling.

They also do not allow refills for soda unless it was a large, which they did not explain when paying for our order. So, we had to buy another drink.

$20.99 plus tax for two reheated pieces of old pizza. Includes a medium drink but you can’t get refills on it unless you pay an extra dollar to get a large drink. The slices are not XL, barely bigger than a large anywhere else. The quality was below average. Overall this is a rip off and a waste of time. Used to be good and now just a money grubbing corporation. You’ve lost my business which you’ve had since the 90s because of this. Do better.

We stopped into Sbarro and ordered two pepperoni strombolis. At first glance, they didn’t look too appealing, almost like they’d been sitting around since the morning. Once we bit in, they actually tasted better than they looked, but they were still on the greasy side and had about half the amount of pepperoni than we’re used to in these strombolis. On the plus side, service was good, and the cashier was very polite and friendly. Overall, tasty enough, but not quite what we were hoping for.

Nasty reheated pizza, stuck to a sheet of waxed paper, I should know better!
Payment process is also so slow, my slice is getting cold! I've got to stop eating at Sbarro and so should you!

This has become a bit of a tradition for me. Being next to the poker room at Orleans, I always grab a slice when I am here to play poker. No complaints.

For a hotel food court this pizza is rather tasty (albeit expensive) and they apparently have a rewards program now so if you order online / app, you can save $ on your purchases.

Very dirty, the counter was covered in soda and wrappers. It would make sense that the clerks would clean or restock the items. Instead they were rude when we pointed it out. Also given a diet drink. We tried telling the clerk it was diet but she didn’t understand English and kept telling us we had to pay for another drink refill, when we simply wanted our drinks not diet. lol clearly people hate their job here, but I’m on a date and you really can’t ruin my day. Nice try. I’d suggest the fudruckers next door. They seem a lot friendlier and cleaner.

I went twice and ate once. The first time it must have been a shift change, or dude didn't want to go through the effort of picking up a slice of pizza. I'm not sure. I was starving and the guy was standing behind a pile of food looking like he was ready to take my order, looked at me and just said "We're closed". I was looking at the sign that said open 24hrs. It's not a big deal but after my first day in Vegas after the travel and the super long day... That was the last thing I wanted to hear.

I did go back a couple days later (I would've been back daily if not for the first visit) and the staff was super helpful. I did get a deep dish and the reheat oven thing didn't quite get it up to temp for my liking. They tossed it in the oven and I was happy.

There's other food there if you happen to come across the 25th hour in the day they close. Fuddruckers is next door and they were excellent as well.

I'll certainly be back next time I'm in town.

The Stromboli's ARE SOOOO GOOD. I always treat myself to one after a long day at work lol. the 20 inch Stromboli is only $35 and a great deal, I swear their food is always cooked to perfection and tastes amazing. Sbarro will always get my business as long as they're open.
