We made a reservation and arrived when it opened so we were sure to have a window seat. The view of the water show - every 15 to 30 minutes - was engaging. David was our waiter but he eloquently introduced his team. Loved the bread as others have described. We had fresh pasta - squid ink - and perhaps the best roasted beets salad ever. The restaurant is a class act - they beautifully divided the salad for us. Nothing not to like about this dining experience.

Reserved a table with a view, lot of food was good but the service was lacking. It took soooo long to get drinks, food or anything. Then, when I pointed out that there was a huge hard cartilage piece in my $50+ lobster pasta dish, I was met with even more attitude than we had already been dealing with. Pretty disappointed.

Amazing food, service, and view. Our host Joyce kindly got us a table in front of the window to see the incredible bellagio fountain view while we ate. Jason and Chris took wonderful care of us, extremely attentive and made excellent reccomendations. We finished the meal with an anniversary petit fours desert that were explosions of flavors.

It was a wonderful meal and great service. Thank you to Rod and Dustin who were very attentive and service was excellent.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Scarpetta. Our hostess picked out a very special table for us by the window overlooking the Bellagio fountains. We started with the Beef Carpaccio appetizer. The dijon aioli combined with the arugula created amazing flavors that we would highly recommend. For our main course, my wife had the Agnolotti pasta which was over the top and I had the Gnocchi which if you love black truffles is a great choice. The wine list was very well curated with a wonderful selection of Amarone's which we had. The service we had was excellent, from our main/support servers to the wine sommelier. All were very attentive, kind and set the tempo for the evening the way we prefer. This restaurant is a hidden gem on the upper floors of the Cosmopolitan. Will definitely be heading back in the future.
Made it for 3 nd they were nice enough to get 9 of us in when we showed up. Accommodating and amazing views and incredible food.
Scarpetta was a great value relative to other fine dining restaurants on the strip. We'll return next time we're in town. Great view of the fountain from the window tables.
Nice size portions my husband and I had the fish it was delicious!! Better then the one in Miami Beach, Florida
We requested a fountain view with our reservation months in advance. Upon arrival we were seated in one of very few tables without one. When I asked about this our server explicitly told us we didn't look like we were going to spend enough money to warrant a good view. We simply paid for our drinks and left after such rude treatment.

We had absolutely delicious food and outstanding service. We would definitely go back there again.!
On December 31st, my wife made a nice score at the roulette table, so on January 1st we celebrated her good fortune (as well as my birthday and our anniversary) at Scarpetta. It certainly didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was elegant and the service top notch. Our server (Chris, I believe) was fantastic as were his assistants. We went with the calamari for our appetizer, which was excellent. For our entrees, my wife had the Agnolotti, which is ravioli style pasta with short rib meat inside. It was very unique and delicious. I had the scallops, which also were fantastic. Portions were a little small, so definitely enjoy the amazing bread selection they bring. The meal was topped off with complementary chocolates to commemorate our anniversary and my birthday. One note, be sure to request a window table overlooking the Bellagio fountains, if that is important to you. We had a decent view from our table, but about half the tables have no view. Also, we were charged for more glasses of wine than we ordered. Our server quickly fixed the mistake in our favor, but we only caught it because we carefully examined the bill. Overall, excellent experience.

We were seated at a table right across from the bar — a terrible location. A strong air conditioner was blowing constantly. The staff brought us shawls, but they didn’t help; it was still very cold.
The menu was disappointing: very limited selection and no photos at all. The food quality was poor. We ordered branzino for an adult and duck ravioli for a child. The ravioli were awful — the child refused to eat them. We returned half the plate, but the waitress didn’t even ask why.
Overall, a very negative experience. I do not recommend this place.

When we arrived early they forced us to use public bathrooms vs the ones inside the restaurant. In the restaurant it was so cold that we were forced to rush service just to get warm. Food is excellent.
Great experience celebrating my birthday with my friends last night! The drinks were expensive but very large well worth the cost. Food was phenomenal and overall ambience service is great as well. We would definitely recommend going!
