The service was remarkable. We enjoyed our time so much that we didn't even realize we were there for a few hours talking and dining! We were celebrating a friend's birthday and to our surprise, there was a handwritten birthday card signed by the staff when we arrived at our table. That attention to detail made our celebrant feel so special. We come to Scotch 80 Prime exactly for that reason!
Exceptional service from Sarah! Sarah went above and beyond for us. When she found out we had to leave early for a concert, she personally packed and held our food so we wouldn't miss a thing all out of her own kindness. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. The atmosphere near the bar was a bit loud and had more of a party vibe than you'd expect for such an elegant steakhouse, but the food and service easily made up for it.
